Fantastic . keep mines in fridge also good for travel not too bulky. Once taken give 15 mins and the beta alinine kicks in Ur ready to reach those goals 🦾

Amazing energy
Me and my partner went to the gym and seen these in the vending machine and decided to get them and it was an amazing buzz and the energy you get is insane! Defiantly the best gels we have tried that give you a lasting effect. My partner also gets extreme anxiety from pre workout so she finds these work wonders for her training! Defiantly recommend

water is important
I know nothing about these things. However, it is quite important to mention that you should drink a lot of water before taking in the gel. Or, I do not know if you can dilute it in a bottle of water. "Stay well hydrated" is not enough to describe what you should actually do. Also, according to body size it is an overdose. If I were about to work out heavily for six hours I would drink small portions of it. It does not mention if you can keep it in the fridge after opening.

Not great
Found the consistency and taste not the best. Had hope these would be easier to use, travel with but think il stick to the powder form.
