Great addition for your banting library
This book has great recipes, although I have to adapt some, as I've not been able to source xylitol syrup. A case in point is my favourite - chocolate pumpkin seed flour cake - which I've made a few times with granulated xylitol and ground almonds, and which is delicious despite these changes!
