They will sell you a broken laptop.
WARNING!!! These people will straight up sell you a faulty laptop. They will get their hands on it, do nothing to it, and sell it to you. I got this laptop and it kept restarting and overheating and suffering. It couldn't even finish installing windows 11. Idling, doing nothing this thing was overheating and malfunctioning all over the place. I had to "refurbish" this laptop all by myself. They do not refurbish anything, trust me. On the dell supportassist software I saw that they had the same overheating issue around january this year, and they straight up packaged this and sent it to me without doing a thing to it. Be careful with this seller.
