Of all the many postpartum aftercare products I was recommended and purchased as a first time mum, these were by far the most effective- an absolute must for anyone who needs some relief after giving birth. Suitable for use even with stitches which is amazing! Not the most absorbent of pads and only last 20 mins in terms of the ice pack itself, but the relief and soothing sensation is so worth it!

I brought these ready to use after giving birth to my son. At the time of purchasing I did wonder if it was going to be one of those unnecessary items that I would regret spending my money on but my goodness were they appreciated! They are quite bulky so you do notice it’s there when sitting down and walking round, although it’s not something you would use when leaving the house anyway. But it’s not at all uncomfortably bulky and the cooling relief is brilliant. I would definitely buy these again if I have another baby and I would even buy them as a quirky but useful gift for a friend who’s expecting. My best friend didn’t even think of looking to buy anything like this when she had her baby but I’m sure they would have come in useful!

Great for swollen perineum. Clean and dry. Unfortunately one pad did not “snap” in pack so did not become cold. All others worked well though.

I think its gimmicky, my down below hurt when I used this as it was too cold tbh! It was okay using it once or twice but not worth buying a multipack.

If you are reading this review you probably have been advised by your midwife to invest in some cold packs. Look no further. These are good and a god sent when recovering from a vaginal delivery. Also fairly inexpensive. If you are pregnant and putting your hospital bag together, get these. If you have been discharged home and feeling like your lady parts need some relief, get these. Are you attending a baby shower? Do you know someone pregnant? GET THESE. They feel very soft against the skin and the cold effect will relieve the soreness. The adhesive in the middle ensures it will stay in place. I'm a first time mom and I only wish I had these in my hospital bag. Having said that, yay for Amazon Prime and next day delivery

Such a waste of my money. I got these for after birth And only ONE actually worked. I kept them packed away safely to make sure they didn’t get smashed and activated. Well when i gave birth i haf to be cut and i couldn’t wait to start using these. The first one i used in hospital was great, then a few hours i went through every single one trying to activate them and none of them worked. The first one i used was also horribly uncomfortable to sit on. Get the frida mom ones. I had those for my first born and they were much colder and stayed cold for longer. And none of them were duds.

I bought these as I read up about how they are so good if you have a natural birth, so I thought I would get them for my hospital bag. I ended up giving birth naturally with a lot of stitches and I found these brilliant, I only used them on and night for bed but they really eased the pain and discomfort, they are really long and still absorbent. They are easy to use you just have to twist them and it releases the ice pack part. Even though they are expensive they are worth it and I ended up buying 2 packs and I would definitely recommend them and purchase them again.

Non conforme à la photo. Ne génère absolument pas de froid alors que j'ai suivi les instructions. On m'a donné 2 pads d'une autre marque qui EUX ont parfaitement marché

Habe den Artikel für die Geburt unseres Kindes gekauft. Nun ist unser Kind da aber die Binden kühlen nicht wie versprochen. Wenn diese überhaupt 1 Minute kühlen ist es schon alles, absolut kein Verhältnis zu Preis/Leistung, für mich ein absoluter Fehlkauf, so sind es nur überteuerte Binden. Hoffe mit der Rezension anderen helfen zu können.

Pour le moment je suis satisfaite de la réception et de l'emballage, j'en n'ai entendu que du bien et ce produit est tres populaire aux États-Unis unis alors vu le prix j'espère que ça fait le job. Je ferai un update de mon commentaire après la naissance de mon bébé pour d'écrire l'efficacité ou non du produit.
