Every girl knows how well a heating pad can help alleviate period cramps, but you don't fully understand that until you've used this product! What I mean is that the portable function of it is an absolute gamechanger since you can conveniently go about your day without having to be held prisoner next to an outlet.I love that the battery pack can be unplugged from the belt and charged separately so it doesnt take up too much counter space. The belt itself is an awesome quality since it's so soft and comfortable that I forgot I'm even wearing it. My back pain and cycle cramps take turns to torture me throughout the day so it also extremely convenient that I can just rotate the belt and voila: INSTANT RELIEF!Last but not least, this is a great value for your money since it heats up fast and definitely gets hot without waiting for too long.Overalll: 10 STARS!!

The pad gets hot enough for my needs on high, which is around the medium level of the heating pad I use that plugs into the wall. It's somewhat helpful that the vendor also supplies a powerbank; unfortunately, though, it only lasts around an hour on high and there's no charging cord, so be prepared to buy one with the pad, unless you happen to have an unused usb-c cord lying around! Happily, I have another powerbank that works for around 8 hours on high, but it seems to me that providing a powerbank with a standard USB INPUT jack would allow the same cord to be used for both charging and using their powerbank.My only other issue is that my power bank is too large to fit in the pocket sewn into the heating pad, but the heating pad cord is about 6 inches too short to keep the battery in my pant's pocket, so I have to use the really long extension cord (also provided); not convenient, but it works.

I always recommend this product because ofHow well it works and the convenience of not being tied to an outlet. This has helped me to have pain relief during period cramps. The only issue that I have found is that my cramps last longer than the battery, so I bought an additional 2 batteries which has been great!

This is my second cordless heating pad for my back pain. I bought the Sunbeam Cordless Heating Pad, Portable and Rechargeable one first. I really liked it, but the battery stopped working properly, and the charge didn't last as long as it used to, and it was held together by velcro. Then I purchased this heating pad, and my son had to help me figure out how to charge it because it wasn't as straightforward as the Sunbeam one. It's much softer and lighter and has a better strap than the velcro, but it didn't stay charged long at all. It felt like less than an hour. I haven't been able to use it again because I still can't figure out how to charge it. It's like they used the most ancient adapter possible, and it doesn't come with one, so keep looking because this one is a miss for me at least, and if I can't figure out how to charge it, I will return it.

While the design & USB charging & battery pack are really nice features, it does not get hot even on the highest heat setting. I used both the direct USB powered & the fully charged battery pack with it on the high heat setting and after almost 30 minutes with it on at that setting it was barely warm definitely not hot. Not even warm enough to help any. Very disappointing.

This heating pad has been a real game changer for me. It heats up really well, fits great exactly where I have my hip and back pain. Being cordless allows me to wear it where I want whenever I want! Battery charges up rather quickly, so even if I wear it on high setting for a couple of hours it’s back up and running before I know it! Great product, would highly recommend.

The tighter the fit the more heat. Love that it’s battery operated.
