Splendid drying pulley takes huge load (smallish load shown below)
Nice to look at. Many rails so can take huge load. Very easy to pull up due to mechanism, even when fully loaded. Very useful if living with no indoor drying space, and saves electricity by not using a clothes dryer. Had to get joiner to fit it securely to beam in roof. The lines sometimes get tangled, but are relatively easy to fix.

Good kit, need some heavy duty fixings
It's heavier than expected and shows good quality. Instructions OK. Fixings in ceiling plasterboard (unable to pick up joist due to size just being off) needs to be pretty heavy duty due to weight and laundry.

Thoughtfullly designed
Thoughtfully designed, well constructed and straightforward to install, all bonuses given that it lives in the laundry room!

Keeps washing tidy
Really sturdy and fairly easy to install by someone who knows how to use basic tools. Have put in utility room and now don’t need a tumble dryer, which is much better for the environment. Washing is up high so not taking up floor space. Because it’s high it dries quicker than floor standing airer. The contraption is well made and is easy to raise and lower. Mechanism is really efficient and well made. This item is not cheap but is good value for money. You get what you pay for. I bought the smaller version and it is big. Make sure you measure your space before buying. I nearly bought the big one, which would’ve been too big. Super product.

Amazing space saving product
Good quality. Fits the specifications shown. Would recommend using a handyman to install but overall really useful for smaller homes.

Definitely our best indoor Clothes Drying Rack😊👍🏼
We purchased this drying rack recently and its now up the ceiling and working really well as expected. The only thing we noticed was, the bar is of aluminium not steel, one or two have warped a bit. So I distribute clothes hanged on hangers evenly. My husband is thinking of inserting steel rods into the bars but so far its working perfectly and my clothes dry very quickly so less tumble drying required. I love it and its the product we have been waiting for.It didn't take long to set up but as my husband is very fussy with screws all he made sure they strong enough to withstand the weight. The draw cord pulley can be a bit tough when you have 10kg weight to raise up so its out of the way even if its located in the utility room! Motorise mechanism is ideal!!!See photos attached

Brilliant and Disabled Friendly
These are amazing. I've had a ceiling dryer for over 20 years, but always the wooden ones that hang lower. After talking my sister into buying one, I bought one when I had a new kitchen fitted in March. My Mum loves the two she's seen so much she bought one. Unfortunately the chap who fitted it was a bit of a plonker and cut the cord. I asked the manufacturer if they sell replacements and they have supplied and posted for free a new one. Couldn't be happier. The drying time on these is half what it used to be on the old style dryer, and so much lighter to use. Being disabled that's a huge plus for me. Can't recommend highly enough.

Could be designed better!
Instructions are not to difficult to follow but the hanging rail looks terribly deformed when raised at height even though it shows level when at it's lowest point?
