IT WORKS!
This is the real deal. I was very, very impressed by the performance of it. I attached jumper cable clamps to them as a prototype, and would try it on my motorcycle (2012 Honda Shadow 750cc), and my car (2007 Toyota Corolla). When uncharged and attached to the leads (neg to neg, pos to pos), you could see the drop in voltage in the running vehicles by the way the lights dimmed and it idled harder. You could tell its charging as it the lights and idle slowly came back to normal. When working with the battery, electrical functions definately were better. Both vehicles started quicker and smoother, and idled better. As an experiment, I charged the capacitor bank, and disconnected the battery while leaving the capacitors connected via clamps on the vehicle electrical leads. On both the car, and seperately the motorcycle, each vehicle was able to start using capacitor power alone. The motorcycle started right up no problem at all, and the car only hesitated to allow for the security system to verify the key fob, but also started right up (but did have a bit of struggle). I made sure the car had its air conditioner and lights off when I did this. This is definately enough to start a motorcycle alone, may need more than one to start a larger vehicle alone, and also works as a chargable jumper box to take charge from one vehicle, and start another (however, I suspect a dead battery could drain the capacitor some if you let it). All in all, excellient to prolong the life of an existing battery, could take the place of a battery in emergencies assuming you had an outside 12v power source (a hand crank battery charger perhaps?), and works beautifully dollar for dollar. I will post here when I get done with the next experiment, which is to hook it up to a marine battery (which cannot start a car), and allow for the capacitor be the sole factor in starting the car repeadedly. I suspect it could drain the car over time if parked for weeks, by nature of capacitor discharge itself, but is worth a shot. I plan to buy a few more, and see if they work well with hand crank emergency power devices.

It works great, I can charge to 16.5V without red led (breakdown light?).
Learned something: Made prototype flashlight and charge to 16.5V. Runs bright for about 20 minutes with 40W 3600 lumen light. Loses most of useful charge after about 3 days. Operates to and exceeds my calculated expectations. Used pulse type charger for initial operations before making high power resistor car charger.

Powersports Battery Swap
Works great on my 2015 HCR 8000 snow machine. Whips it over faster than the battery did so it starts instantly and charges quick too. Also way lighter than a battery.

Cranks out the amps, but will loose charge when sitting.
Cranks my 3.4L V6 no problem even when starting at only 11.5v all on its own. I use a small solar panel to keep it topped off, but first thing in the morning it's at like 6v so it does loose it's charge even when just on a shelf. I solved this with a tiny lead acid 12v battery that was only $15 and even smaller than this cap.

Works well
This worked excellent. Just long shipping time.

Awesome value for such huge capacity!
I was pretty pleasantly surprised when I saw the price for these Farad-Monsters. I read everything over and over, many times, to make sure I wasn't "missing something", or failing to correctly understand what I was reading. These really are Farad-Monsters, but without being Price-Monsters.
