The best hot, crud free, chocolate. Recipe -
Fantastic product, in that you can create, amongst other things, a very decent, crud free hot chocolate. My personal recipe is;- Microwave a cup of full fat milk to a warm, not hot temperature (60 - 90 seconds from fridge cold does the trick) ***Fill the cup about 3/4, not to the top as the milk will froth / expand***- Add the recommended / preferable amount of cacao drops to the cup- Add a level tea spoon of medium maple syrup (Duchy organic No.1 medium is great)- Add pinch of salt (pink Himalayan salt if we're going for perfection)- Transfer contents of cup to a blender (or use a protein shaker cup) ***this is why you need to ensure the milk is not too hot, else it will erupt!***- Mix / shake well, to bind ingredients and create a good froth, and transfer back to cup- Return cup back to the microwave for another 30 - 40 seconds to a hot / drinking temperature- Dust with cacao powder- Drink

Expensive Chocolate
Nice enough but I needed a sweetener. Proper chocolate but very expensive for 250g at 15g a mug.

Hi ,I just opened this to find a strange fungus and the drops all clustered together. What Shiite do?

Absolutely no sugar in it so you can add as much or as little as you want to your drink or dish.
It appears expensive at first but you don't need much at a time because it is so concentrated. I use it in milk puddings and in a hot chocolate drink made up of a mixture of Cadbury's hot chocolate powder and some of the Hasslacher's chocolate drops which melt quite quickly in the milk as I heat it up. The result is not so sweet as using chocolate powder only. Much more luxurious.

Didn't meet up to expectations
Very difficult to melt, not a nice smooth chocolaty taste.

I've not tried it yet but she says it is very nice.
Went down very well with our daughter who we bought it for as a birthday present. I've not tried it yet but she says it is very nice.
