This book is short but is so meaningful in many ways. 10/10 recommend

this book is really amazing and helpful if you want to know how start loving yourself.

Ignore my writing in the book to myself lol. Just a habit I learned to help me process. When I started my healing journey in late July of 2024, this was one of the first books I came across and purchased. In my journey, this book will make you come to a real truths that you can't just ignore anymore. The small poems are actually easier to read at least one everyday instead of long ones that can be a little overwhelming. I recommend this book for anyone who starts a "I want to heal or I love me" journey. You'll need to confront some stuff first in order to love yourself first.

Its not for everyone, but it really does change the way you think. Its a good read and you can finish in less than a hour.

I read this book in two hours lol. I gave it four stars out of five because I felt like the contents of the book weren’t a ton. I was able to finish it quite quickly. Which also could’ve been my fault, but I would say that this book has helped me a lot in my mental health journey. Definitely would recommend somebody who is on the journey of learning to love themselves and learning to embrace who they really are.

Today is my son's first day of school and this is the book I've chosen to start my reading era and I loved it. This is exactly what I needed. Finished the book in one hour. I also paused and re-read pages that speaks to me. "Today I am in love with my life and all the possibilities I can do from here" Highlander recommend!
