Good book for appointment scheduling
Good functional appointment book for the price. Same width as A4 but not as tall. Lots of space to write and well organised.

Nice 👍
Lovely looking and designed diary. Plenty of space to write. It would do with a bookmark since it's not intuitive and need to write the dates on your own.

Great
Great diary, quite big but still fits in an normal size bag. Very happy, will buy again. The front was slightly bent but still very happy

Doesn’t have column for Saturday afternoon!!
It’s okay, but annoyingly it only has space for Saturday up to 12 noon and then only Sunday afternoon up to 7pm. Basically it doesn’t have enough columns and so it has the final column split into Saturday and Sunday. Won’t be buying it again….

Don't really find the layout of this appointment book as handy and useful as I had hoped. Takes me more time than expected to fill in each day of the week each month. As the pages are blank. Thought it would save on paper waste to write in month and days of the week. But after beginning, I ended up not using this agenda because it took too much time to fill in blank pages each month

The layout of this planner works well for me. There's a year overview at the front for figuring out the big picture, and a monthly summary at the end. In between, the weekly format has each day in a column, marked in 15 minute increments. Boxes on the sides help identify priorities and follow up items, and there's a 16-line to do list section. If I can actually identify my priorities and follow ups, then create to do items for each, AND block in realistic amounts of time to do them, this should help my ADHD-self organize and stay on track better. Paper is thick enough that my fineliners do not bleed through. The pen holder tab on the side seems a bit flimsy, as it's just made from the same plasticky stuff as the cover, and it may split on the fold with use. Not a big deal. Cover IS plastic, but at least a pretty colour and stuff enough to protect. Will be easy to clean. Back cover has a small pocket to slip in a few pages or business cards. Coil binding means it lays nice and flat. Comes with calendar stickers I'm not sure what to do with, but will use the month tabs. Overall, not too fancy, but a well-thought out design for use.

Absolutely LOVE this appointment book! I am part of a small but busy healthcare office, and at the end of the day, I often leave frustrated because I don't know how I utilized my time. I decided to try logging my tasks to see how I'm spending my workday, and after searching through many different sites and types of books, this one looked to be what I needed. And it absolutely is! This not only helps me visualize which tasks are taking up most of my time but also makes sure I'm staying focused and taking breaks to work on other things when necessary. All you need to log your time is a pen and a few differently-colored highlighters, and you too can make the most of this book to block out your day and optimize your time. If I had to nitpick, it would be that pen ink needs about one to two minutes to completely dry on this paper, as it's a little slick. Also, I would appreciate thicker lines between each date column. However, these are problems solved easily enough with waiting for ink to dry and tracing the column lines with a sharpie. If you've read down to the end, let me tell you about the best part about REGOLDEN-BOOKS products: the bookmark. It's a nice, clear, vinyl-plastic material, and it hooks on to the spiral in the middle of the book so it never slips out. I used to use REGOLDEN-BOOKS journals for other projects, and while I've moved to different journals, I get downright fussy if I can't find my bookmark.

I'm a home health nurse and when I care for my patients I cluster care. I keep this at the bedside to jot down vitals, BMs/pee, meds, repositioning, respiratory therapies, passive ROM, Bathing, wound care, etc. Then when I chart I have all the times in 15 minute increments and can log it in the EHR super quick without trying to remember. I leave it at the patient's home since i am there 5 days/week. The nurse on the other 2 days can use it too or at least see my trends without actually viewing prior charts in the computer. The 6 inch rule is clear and removable so it works great for wound care pix. I can also jot down appointment times for my patient for quick reference on the calendar. Undated days are great. I will definitely buy another one when this is finished or if I get a new patient. For patients that aren't regular, I'll probably have one for that too.

This is such a well laid out planner. It has everything I want it to have for daily use. It is sturdy and that paper is good quality. My only complaint is I wish it was dated! I knew it wasn't when I bought it but I thought it would be an issue but by the time I got to April in setting the dates I was frustrated. I also didn't notice until I was dating December that a page was stuck together back in February so at the end of the year I will be a week short! At that point though I wasn't going back to fix it all so I took that week off work!!
