Arrived undamaged and in full working order. It is indeed very sensitive and will go off with only a drop or two on the sensor. So far it's been worn for a good 1,5 months and occasionally manhandled by a toddler and it still works just fine.

The system is great, the sensor dreadful
***EDIT*** Dropped to 2 stars because the third sensor has now failed, again just outside the 2 months warranty. So disappointing. The sensor is the weak link in the Chummie chain. We bought the premium bedwetting alarm for our 5 year old son and the machine does work wonders with pretty instant results. However, about 6 weeks in and before the treatment was quite complete, the sensor failed. We had to wait 2 weeks for a new one to be sent out and by then we were effectively starting the process again which was frustrating. Very disappointingly, despite boasting a 1 year warranty, the 1 year only applies to the machine, not the sensor. The sensor is guaranteed for 2 months (which we were still inside so the replacement was free) but this, combined with numerous reviews reporting faulty sensors, suggest the sensor is very unreliable. Yes I would still recommend Chummie but I would advise you to buy a replacement sensor when purchasing the alarm so you don't have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement if/when it fails.

SENSOR PARA EL CORRECTO FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA ALARMA CHUMMIE, MUY PRACTICO PARA AYUDAR A SOLUCIONAR LA ENEURESIS NOCTURNA. ENVIO RAPIDO Y SIN PROBLEMAS

This worked just fine. It came in a heat sealed zip bag, not the pictured packaging, but I didn't need the extra packaging anyway. I bought this after the old sensor broke. Nothing appeared physically wrong with the old one, and the clip on alarm part apparently recognized that it was connected, but I tested it under a running faucet and no alarm. Kid relapsed again, we hadn't needed it in quite a while. This saved us having to purchase a whole new kit with the alarm. Tested and working.

System works great but the wire stopped working really fast. It works well when kids don't actually touch it. Once they start playing with it then it is not very strong.

**update to this review - Chummie did email me and has sent a replacement sensor. My only wish is that the conversation could have been more helpful to start. It is a great product when the sensor works.** Every night for 9 nights, Chummie has gone off. Eight of those nights there was no noticeable wetness. I figured it was just picking up something I couldn't detect. But each time we'd get changed, new undies and re taped Chummie, the alarm would go off as soon as we plugged it back in, so we were unable to use it the rest of the night. I ordered a second sensor to use for the second round each night. We used it for the first time last night, and lo and behold, no alarm all night long. And when I placed a metal thing on it this afternoon (whoops), I was able to reset it immediately. Huh! Eight interrupted nights without sleep? When I contacted customer service - with my receipt and an offer to send it in, I got a rather condescending response that I needed to clean it with water only and all would be good. Well, since I've done that, these problems occured from the start, and they haven't happened with the second sensor, I fail to believe that. When I reiterated all of this to them, there was no response. This is all very important to my son. So I've now ordered our THIRD sensor. I wish I could speak with my wallet and walk away from this less than friendly company. And get 8 nights of wasted sleep back for my family.
