Condensing your kit? Look no further! In-Depth Review of both palettes!
I'm in the middle of condensing all of my single shadows and palettes into 1-2 specific pan sizes where possible and I got both the small and medium Fixy palettes because I wanted less bulky palettes in my daily purse. The first two pics have 26mm circle pans arranged to show how many can fit in each Fixy palette. Most single shadows that aren't private labeled are in 26mm circle pans. Private labeled tends to be in very slightly bigger 27mm pans for some reason, but I digress. I've attached a bunch of pictures to show different size comparisons between the two fixy palettes, a standard 12 pan magnetic palette from ColourPop, a medium Z-palette (fits 15 of the 26mm circle pans), and a large z-palette (fits 27-28 of the 26mm circle pans). To clarify which Fixy palette is which in the pics, the medium Fixy palette in my pics is the one holding the single column of circle pans while the small Fixy palette is holding 16 rectangular 21x24mm TKB Trading Co pans that I repressed ColourPop Lust For Dusk into. Common pan size comparison between brands: Sydney Grace, Devinah, Clionadh circle pans, Mac, Menagerie, ColourPop single shadows, etc - 26mm circle ColourPop palette shadows (Lust For Dusk, Sweet Talk, older 9-pan monochrome palettes) - 23mm Give Me Glow single shadows - 37mm Clionadh rectangular pans - 21x24mm Natasha Denona midi pans - 19.75x21.75mm Viseart rectangular pans - 22x24.5mm Viseart Etendu - 20mm square pan Viseart Petites - 17mm square pan The small Fixy palette fits 12 of the 26mm circle pans while the medium Fixy palette holds 15 of the 26mm pans. If you prefer rectangular pans like the ones I've mentioned, the small one will fit 16 while the medium one will fit 20 of either the Viseart/Clionadh/Natasha midi pans with room to spare. The smaller Fixy palette is about the same height as the medium z-palette and not as wide as the ColourPop palette. I like that I can see what's in my palette and that the backside is white because that makes it 1000x easier to spot in the blackhole that is my purse. The medium Fixy palette really shines because it's noticeably smaller than the medium Z-palette and they both carry the same amount of shadows! The lack of thick frame around the magnetic sheet is why. The magnetic part of the Fixy palettes are standard strength so not crazy strong like the Viseart slimpros or Makeup Forever palettes. The magnetic sheet doesn't have bumps or raises like in some of the Allwon palettes. They're bigger than the Artist Kit Company palettes and are cheaper. They don't use cheap thin plastic tops like the palettes you'll find on AliExpress. If you're looking to condense your kit or want a palette that's less bulky for your daily carry, I can happily recommend Fixy! I hope this review was helpful!

100% recommend
As a makeup artist I love condescending makeup for my kit. I was eyeing this one for my own vanity collection. Just like my kit, if I don’t see it I’m not gonna use it. I loved this clean beauty brand ATHR and working with them for a while I had their full palette collection. They have sadly been out of business for a while but I still use them. But having the full collection made it tricky remember to use them to how I have them organized in my vanity. So I was looking for a palette I can see through to know exactly what color I want to use. I was impressed with the size of the small palette. Because of Athr having a mix of shaped pans I knew I was on a journey. I had a total of 28 pans. I was able to get all but one in. Which was honestly perfect because by the time I finished I knew I wanted to order more. It has a good dimension for a vanity, purse/bag, kit, etc. it feels strong and durable. 100% recommend🤩

Very handy!
This palette is tiny but pretty mighty! The magnet is just strong enough so it holds your pans firmly and keeps them there but they’re not too strong that you risk breaking your product when you go to take them out. It’s also sturdier than you would think it would be. Any pro artist will appreciate the size and how thin they are for condensing your kit. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say. For reference this photo contains three Tom ford eye shadow quads in the smaller palette.

Good But.....
I really like these FIXY palettes. I would say though, as a working MUA, they don't have any longevity and are not as durable as most palettes, the wear time is short. If you are frequently opening and closing and transporting the case, then it could have the potential to crack and chip at the seam, over time.

Great Size, Well Made
I'm a pro makeup artist. This small palette is a great size to downsize a makeup/travel kit without being too small to actually hold anything (or need multiple palettes). The palette is well made. It has some heft to it, it's not flimsy. The magnetic backing has good hold. It seems like it will be able to survive the rigors of being in a professional kit. 👍🏾

Disappointed
Palette cover cracked and broke within two weeks. 👎🏽 Plastic case cover is not durable. By any means

A Makeup Artist's Dream!
I recently added the FIXY magnetic palette to my makeup kit and it has revolutionized the way I work as a Makeup Artist! As a makeup artist of almost nine years who values cleanliness and organization, this palette has become an absolute game-changer for my kit. First and foremost, I love the sleek and condensed design. As a traveling MUA, I am always looking for ways to condense and make my kit lighter. I am able to fit my favorite eyeshadows in one single palette instead of having to travel with a bunch of several palettes. I also find it extremely useful that the lid is see-through, making it more efficient to work with during back-to-back clients on a tight schedule. In terms of durability, the sturdy construction of the palette reassures me that my favorite shades are protected from breakage and spills. The secure closure ensures that the palette stays tightly sealed, preventing any unfortunate accidents in my bag or kit. Overall, this magnetic palette has transformed my makeup kit and I expect to be purchasing more for my makeup artist friends!

Great palettes
I am always looking for ways to condense my kit even further than what it is. Which means always on the hunt for palettes that are slim and easy to hold in my hands. I purchased both the small and medium size. The medium is slightly bigger than the small. I was hoping to fit my Pat McGrath blushes in these bit sadly they're not big enough. I wish there was a third size option. Other than that these palette are great. They're thin and don't take-up much room. They're also tall enough to where you can add myo or Z palette pods without worrying that you're palette won't close. There is a bit of weight to it once your products are in but I assume it has to do with the strong magnet it has. Reminds me of the og patent pending Z palettes that had the super strong magnets when they first came on the market. (Please Fixy don't ever change the strength of the magnet.) I am not a fan of white and a black option would have been I deal. But overall I am happy with these palettes. The slim sleek design, the magnet strength and they look great in my kit. Definitely buying more.
