Work quickly and budget friendly
Value for money:I choose this brand because it's cheaper than store brands typically. I have this on a subscription. Which saves me even more money. I have to have them daily due to slow motility issues of intestines. They are budget friendly, work great for daily use and easy on the stomach. And they work quickly.

Be near a toilet!
I gave it 3 stars because it works. Definitely make sure you are near a toilet! Took away 2 stars because it's definitely not gentle and caused the worst cramping and gas pain I've ever experienced.
