Easy to assemble without tools
Super product - suits me perfectly. Easy to assemble - no tools required. Very stable even on grass. Brakes work well The clips holding the brake cables were fitted to the wrong upright. Instruction book needed a magnifier.

Excellent
Product was delivered on time and was exactly as described. There was a problem with damage to the seat pad,most likely caused during delivery. Contacted customer service who dealt with it straight away and arranged delivery of a replacement which arrived 2 days later. Overall a great product but equally as important superb customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

Good value, easy to use
Sturdy, easy to use, streers well and stops well enough. Light enough to move around and good value. Also folds away nicely while not needed

Brake lever problem
I only had it for two months when the right hand brake lever broke off as I pushed it down to its locked position. I took a refund and would not buy one of these again. Other people have had this problem, see above. I used an earlier model for many years with no problems but the design has been changed and the brake assembly is not of a high enough standard to be safe.

Good Quality
Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. My Dad is unsteady on his feet so he is able to use this to go to the shops and get small bits of shopping while we are at work. Easy to fold so it’s not taking up much room in the hall. Feels solid and durable. Would recommend.

Break handle
Brilliant easy to put up and easy to use. Very sturdy. Only bad point has only been used a couple of times and the break handle has snapped off.
