Great quality vitamins
These are very good quality vitamins - demonstrated by the fact that one ingredient affects the outcome of TSH test results so I have to stop the vitamins a week before the tests. I think it's biotin - it's the real deal.

Great product!
I needed a vitamin with no iron or iodine, which is hard to find. This one works well for me. The dose is broken up into 3 capsules per day. Sometimes I only take 2 per day, since these vitamins are powerfully potent. Love em.

Good combo even for weight loss surgery
There's only two brands of vitamins that don't contain iodine and this is one of them. The other is twice as expensive, and it was found to have heavy metals in them. I had the gastric sleeve over a year ago and if I don't take my vitamins, my hair falls out, badly, in clumps! I am highly, highly allergic to iodine though, and the bariatric vitamins are chalk full of them. I take these with patch aids dha omega 3, vitamins d and calcium, vitamin b12 complex, and iron and vitamin c patches. Between all of these, I have seen significant hair regrowth!

Great multi-vitamin for women
I have been using this Vital Nutrients (no iron or iodine) for two years now and it is so great. No side effects, no itchy skin. It has all the essential nutrients for a woman's body plus it is so great that they make a version without iron or iodine. I am allergic to iodine and I can't take much iron either. It is a a perfect product.

Great vegetarian vitamin with no iodine!
I decided to try this over my typical vitamin Orange Triad due to the lack of Iodine in this product. The reason is that Iodine is known to aggravate acne in some people. Well I didn't know much of a difference in my level of acne but overall this is a great multi-vitamin. You do need to take 6 a day (not any different than the Orange Triad) so if you aren't use to it, it may seem like a lot.

These are good and happy they come without iron and iodine which is needed for my circumstance. Have no issues taking them. Price is good also.
