This works very well
I’ve been using various Melatonin products over the years…this by far is best !!Highly recommend it…its not like a sleeping pill but it’s great for just relaxing you for sleep.I usually take one go to bed and read and relaxes me have no problems !!

It kinda works
So I’m not sure if melatonin has no effect on me, or if I just have a sleep disorder. Anyways, this stuff is no different than anything else for me. It’ll kinda get me tired enough to go to sleep, but it doesn’t keep me asleep. I still wake up in the middle of the night at least once or twice, and then I’m extremely groggy in the morning. I know melatonin in higher doses seems to do that. But anyways, yeah this stuff isn’t strong enough to keep me asleep, so take that for what it’s worth.

Didn't work on me
So these did not make me sleepy at all. I took one pill 20mg and it did nothing. Never phased me at all. And so tonight I am taking 1.5 which is 30 mg and will update if they actually work. I do suffer from insomnia, and used to be on strong meds to sleep but stopped them all. Looking for an alternative.UPDATE---So 30mg did finally help me to sleep. It took a while but I finally did get some sleep. Probably too much lol but I'm ok with that!
