Great printer.
This is a great printer and extremely easy to hook up and use. Prints great. I currently use this to print barcode labels for my boutique.

This Thing Sucks
It's hard to list all of the reasons for why this piece of equipment truly sucks so freaking bad. First off, if you have dreams of importing information into the software, and then printing large quantities of labels with ease. You are mistaken. It is difficult to use. CLUNKY would not even begin to describe the intense frustrating errors that come up all over the place just trying to print a label. You have everything manually step by step for each product. You cannot do a massive import. So, this means it will take you a lot of time if you have to print a lot of labels for a lot of products. Then, if you are lucky enough to get the labels to load into the machine without it become possessed and just spewing forth labels as fast possible, you might be able to print a label. However, guess what happens if 50 labels get jammed all at once through the machine? It gets gummed and full and labels stuck the the rollers which you have to then clean out meticulously. So, even then, let's say you get the thing working the labels will then just go off center randomly and you may then have to reprint your whole batch if you didn't double check. Even though it worked fine an hour ago. When you have to replace the tape you have to go through the same process every time. While it is possible to connect this machine to my wireless network. It will NOT STAY CONNECTED. So, it is useless in that regard. I have done all of the steps, connected to it, etc. I can print a test label. Then poof it just decides to vanish. The machine is visible on the router but you can't ping it, can't print to it, nor even load the web interface to figure out what's going on. I have reset the machine multiple times and done the same set up and each time this same problem occurs. There is a serious problem in everything to do with this product.

Works Perfect!
I have a small liquor store and this makes life easier when creating labels. This connects via wifi so make sure you don't have auto join on another network like an internet connection or you will battle constantly to keep it connected. Absolutely perfect label making machine. So easy to use. I use a MacBook so create a label template in pages, save to desk top for convenience and viola labels anytime you need one or five hundred.

Change The TCP/IP Port Settings
As a label printer, ti does good work. The Dymo Connect software, however, is terrible when compared to the previous DLS software. It is not an address manager; it is a label designer, not a label manager. It no longer includes an address book and the Microsoft Office/365 plug-in has been dropped. All of that pales when compared to the most often cited problem with the printer: in Windows when it goes offline, it never comes back online. Getting back online requires running the print troubleshooter, restarting the print spooler, or restarting the computer itself. I have found a workaround for this: When configuring the printer's network port, Windows turns on SNMP. For most printers, this is correct. IT IS NOT FOR THIS PRINTER. Turn SNMP off. Windows won't have any idea whether the printer is online or not, but Windows will print to it. If it actually is offline, when you get it back online,e.g., after changing the labels, the label pops right out.

Nothing but headaches
I've been using 'wired' Dymo Labelmakers for 12+ years. I decided this would be a great upgrade when my last one broke. HOWEVER, this thing has been nothing but headaches since the first moment. It's a huge pain to add to any computer and heaven forbid you don't make note of the IP address of the setup instructions or you might never find them again. I unplugged it from my home to take it with me out of town and I spent an hour trying to set it up again on a new internet connection. The other issues are: -WASTE - I've never wasted so many labels. It prints several blank labels every time I print. Why?? -Alignment - The little tab that keeps the labels in place moves too easily. The alignment is always off. I actually tried to tape the thing in place. Save yourself a headache and skip this piece of garbage. DYMO - Do better!

easy to use unlike that other brand
We were looking to upgrade to a wireless Dymo label printer. I made the mistake of trying a Brother one instead. Well, after that experience I'll never leave Dymo. Plug it in and use. There's barely any setup issues.

Es muy complicado vincular la impresora a una señal wi-fi y ésta vinculación se pierde muy seguido por lo que hay que volver a instalar Lamentablemente la página de la marca no tiene soluciones fiables

So far I am extremely disappointed with this product, whilst the printer itself is stylish and decently built, setting it up has been a nightmare. The label printing software is extremely clunky and the printer keeps going into standby mode so it disappears off the WiFi network.

Works perfectly I've been using this since February to print labels for my figure parts. It is very easy to set up and to create the labels. The print is great and the labels are high quality. I am very satisfied with this.

Great, works well. A bit difficult to setup initially, but once I got it going it was good. Just needed to be reset to factory settings, a google search helped me to get it going quick once I sorted that out. Happy that I decided to take a chance on what likely was a return from their warehouse. Knowing that gave me the idea of resetting it and voila the labels are now flying out of it in record time!

Multiple attempts to connect and print a label have failed. After 40+ years of personal computer use, this simple printer has me stumped for now. Neither the WiFi or the USB cable will show it as connected for the DYMO software. Updated to the latest firmware in the first 5 minutes and it did NOT help. How can DYMO make this such a difficult printer to use? My previous Dymo 450 was very simple and reliable. They must have worked hard to make this one a terrible failure. After spending over an hour on the phone with Dymo's very poor tech support guy, it did everything wrong you could imagine. Took multiple resets with 2 hidden buttons for 5 secs. and 20 secs. then it spits out 7 labels at a time for one with no ink on the paper. I had to return it to Amazon. This is a very nice looking label printer with a terrible practical design that does not want to work. Plus it wrapped the labels around the discharge roller so tight I had to cut them out and pull loose with pliers.
