If the ingredients were 100% xylitol, it wouldn’t be gum, it would just be xylitol crystals! The 100% they are referring to is the sugars, no added sweeteners, just 100% xylitol! The xylitol makes up 67% of the total ingredients, which is good news as the dentists recommend 66% / 67% strength. Don’t complain about genuine products made by genuine manufacturers.
