Storage Instructions
Store in a dry place between 10ºc - 35ºc avoiding direct sunlight if this is stored in conditions above 35ºc, the ingredients may harden and storing at a lower temperature may result in damage to the inner liquid sachet if the product is dropped or knocked the inner sachet can be broken. Please handle with care to avoid accidental activation use by expiry date indicated of the product

Good but check you receive 4
On two occasions, separated by months, my order came with only half the number it should, it should be 2 boxes of 2 but both times they sent one box of two. Amazon was quick to fix but unless I have been very unlucky they didn’t sort the issue after I first raised it.I have reported it four times in total now (April last year and yesterday, also when the replacements arrived each time - as they were also short)The item itself works really well, it can sometimes be tricky finding the right place to squeeze it and you have to do it quite hard so I feel like I will burst the bag, but it always works out fine. Once the inner part is squeezed and you shake the bag it becomes icy cold, I am not sure how long it lasts but it gives relief and seems to help with the strain or twisted part (usually my neck). Easier and more comfortable than a bag of ice in my opinion, though obviously cost is a factor as they are single use. You store them at room temperature.

In use at Cricket Club
We use quite a lot of these at the cricket club and they work well and can be kept safe in Kit Bags within their box. However, they are rather more expensive than similar Ice Packs

Easy to use
I love to use these Ice eez packs, they are so easy to use. Just squeeze, use and then throw away. They are great for taking on holidays too. I use them all the time and will continue to buy them.

Useless
Absolutely useless! Suggest to not buy it. It says to squeeze the bag and then shake. I've tried multiple times but nothing actually cools the bag and makes it ice cold! So disappointed. Not even worth a one star rating.

worked well but there are cheaper versions out there that you can keep in the freezer therefore reuse and save money
Locate the inner liquid sachet and squeez firmly to rupture. Shake and mix contents until cold. Apply within 5 mins of the injury for 20-30 mins and repeat as required with a fresh ice pack. See Pack for additional instructions
