I don’t shoot video much but this would be good for ultra wide video but it’s only manual focusing.

It’s manual focus only and the aperture is also only manual. it’s a fully mechanical lens so it doesn’t communicate electronically with the camera at all.

Q: Does it communicate with camera?

No communication at all, it’s strictly a manual lens

Q: Anyone know if there is a lens profile for this in Lightroom ?

Yes, in the latest version Lightroom Classic at least, look under Venus Optics, for the Laowa 15
