I have been taking these for a year now, I've been waiting all that time to write a review of these because i wanted to really get a good idea of them and how good they can actually be over a long period of time And what can i say? these are some great quality tablets from NuuNutrition, they are standard capsule size (See included photo) and are somewhat easy to swallow, i say this because I'm not that good at taking tablets haha but most people will find it easy. Now One ounce (28 grams) of maca root powder contains: Calories: 91 Carbs: 20 grams Protein: 4 grams Fiber: 2 grams Fat: 1 gram Vitamin C: 133% of the RDI Copper: 85% of the RDI Iron: 23% of the RDI Potassium: 16% of the RDI Vitamin B6: 15% of the RDI Manganese: 10% of the RDI I'm not sure how much that would equate to a capsule but you get a rough idea with that. 3 Noticeable improvements i have notice in my year of taking these are My increased Libido - For those who do not know what Libido is, its basically sexual desire, so these how the potential to help you if you struggle to 'get it up' now i didn't have this problem, but i did notice it was quicker and harder, and the missus was impressed ;) My anxiety/ overall mood - I notice I'm alot happier in the morning when i get up and just generally throughout the day, i have a stressful job and these have certainly helped in that department Energy - I notice at the end of the day I'm not as tired as i usually am compared to when I'm not taking these. I noticed “effects” within the first few days, more energy, focus, and an overall sense of well-being. The capsules are easy to swallow and fully vegan, which is a big plus.

I never write reviews but Had to with these, at first I was a bit hesitant if they would work, I’ve got a lot of stressses in my life and ever since taking these one a day out of 6 days, not 7, I’ve not been aa stressed as I was previously so it works in that department. Energy wise - when working a 8 hour shift my energy is consistent from start to finish which I used to have a dip, so pleased about that! I’ve set a reminder in my iphone to remind me everyday to take it at 3pm with or after food not on a empty stomach. Sex drive / labido - In the least pg way, since taking these im constantly thinking about sex a lot more than I was previously and in sexual activity TRUST ME these work, harder erections. Sperm quality - I went for a sperm analysis and they do increase your fertility as long as you don’t smoke etc live a healthy lifestyle Things I didn’t like - when I stopped taking them for few months, my skin started to play up a little bit nothing major and I’ve always had really good skin, don’t know if it’s the tablets though. Capsules were a lot easier to swallow than tablets Never done a review until now so all 100% honest Took about 2-6 weeks until you feel a proper change for me.

I’ve been using the Black Maca Root for two months. I'm giving it 3 stars now. While I’ve seen some positive effects, there are a few things worth mentioning. I’ve noticed a slight increase in energy, but it’s not a huge boost. It’s more of a gradual improvement, nothing overwhelming. There’s a minor improvement in my libido, but again, it’s not as significant as I was hoping for. It’s subtle and might be more noticeable with extended use. I did feel a little jittery when I first started taking them. It passed after a few days, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, it’s a solid product, but I wasn’t blown away by any specific results. It might work better for others with longer use, but for me, it's just average so far.

Dès les premiers jours plus de fatigue et l'esprit clair. Me méfiant d'un effet placebo j'ai attendu avant de publier mon avis. Maintenant au bout de 2 semaines je confirme avec certitude que ce produit est extraordinaire (et je pèse mes mots). J'ai 60 ans, l'hiver vient d'arriver, il fait froid et triste et pourtant j'ai une 'pêche d'enfer'. Je prends 2 comprimés tout les matins, mon seul regret est de n'avoir pas connu ce produit plus tôt. El producto bastante bueno, lo compré porque la marca es reconocida en el Reino Unido. El precio siendo tambien generoso. No noté ningun efecto secundario. Tomaba el suplemento como parte de una alimentacion equilibrada, con buena ingesta de agua tambien, por ello, no puedo notar beneficios aislados del producto. Pero si, noté los beneficios de la buena alimentación en general.
