These are heavy duty Alligator Forceps; I'm not a Dr. so I don't use them for my ears. They are great for getting small items from places my fingers can't reach. The other forceps open too wide so they don't work too well. These are really great in reinstalling the draw string that gets pulled out of your hoodie, or basketball "trunks", or anything else that may have a draw string.

I got a rag stuck in my vacuum LOL. This worked wonders and was a lot cheaper than a new vacuum.
