Kensington Mouse Pro Fit Retractable Mobile Mouse (K72339EU)

This is just what I wanted. The retractable cable makes the storage much neater in my laptop bag. It's plenty long enough for working on a portable device and was accurate and nice feeling in the hand. The USB port is hidden behind a little hatch under the mouse and the retraction is firm, but locked easily. The mouse is probably 2/3 to 3/4 the size of my existing one so big enough to use comfortably but easier to stash away. Thoroughly recommended.

Mouse works straight away out of the pack, no set up required and is a comfortable shape and size. The retractable feature is great; the lead and USB connector conceal completely inside the mouse via a little flap that opens underneath. The retracting mechanism is really strong so watch your fingers first time as it takes you by surprise. One minor concern could be the quality of the lead, which is thinner than a 'normal' mouse, but assume this is so it can be retracted. This is not an earth shattering piece of technology, but simply a neat mouse that works well... what more do you need?

Was present for partner at Christmas, he loved it. Virtually the only mouse with retractable cord, which does not look cheap and rubbish. Very good. Small and handy, will never get lost, as it's connected with wire. This was the only kind my man would buy or use as he knows the wireless mice are just so loseable. Good practicle mouse.

I've bought one with the wire not retracting back but got a refund. It is rather flimsy, delicate design so I don't suppose it will last a long time. The top cover is made of soft plastic and got scratched right away in my backpack. I personally would prefer to buy a robust long lasting item than just keep buying a new one every year. Disappointed.

Have a cat who loves to chew a cable. This retractable cable mouse is a perfect solution. Well made, feels as good as a normal mouse and the retraction mechanism is smooth and neat. Cable is flat, and tends to curl a little, but doesn’t affect usage. Works well with my slightly aged version of windows, but had to download drivers (clear instructions included)!

I wanted to have another kensington retractable USB mouse, as a backup, as I liked the other one I have so much to use with my laptop. This one is fine, just not quite as good as the older one. The older one has more grip and rubber edges that I really like. The lead on the new one is supposed to tuck away fully inside the mouse. However the tab holding the lead in occasionally pops out. The older version did not tuck the lead away but instead had an external spool holding the lead which I prefer. Overall - does the job but not as well as an older version.

Good mouse for the price. The small black cover where the usb plug hides away 'in' the mouse has come loose, but this doesn't affect the usability.

Received this two weeks ago to use laptop while on holiday, and the scroll-wheel has already broken mid-use in my hand. It's floating loose in the mouse and refuses to work. Do not recommend, cheap rubbish.

Perfecto para ordenadores portátiles. El cable se recoge en el ratón y no molesta en el transporte. No necesita pilas, que siempre faltan cuando más se necesitan. El tamaño es perfecto para poder trabajar con normalidad muchas horas y es desliza suavemente y es preciso.

Gesucht war eine Maus, die eine praktische, zuverlässige Reisebegleitung ist. Nicht unbedingt Gamer-Standard, aber zuverlässig in Bewegung und Klick, für CAD und bendlichem Zock zur Entspannung. Gleich nach dem Auspacken fäallt auf: Das Ding ist richtig leicht. Keine künstliche Beschwerung für "besseres Handling", liegt mir persönlich. Ebenfalls gut fürs Gepäck die kleineren Abmaße. In Breite vergleichbar mit Büromäusen, aber etwas gekürzter Länge ist sie deutlich kleiner, aber nicht so klein, dass man sie nur mit Fingerspitzen bewegt. Wer eine wirklich kleine Maus für sein kleines Netbook will, ist mit dieser Maus nicht richtig beraten. Die eingebaute Kabeltrommel klickt zwar etwas laut, hat aber eine starke Rückholfeder, die auf lange Lebensdauer hoffen lässt. Das flache Kabel wird komplett eingezogen. Zu Anfang kringelt es sich etwas nervig, was sich aber legt, wenn man es mal über Nacht auszieht. Die Bewegungen werden zuverlässig wiedergegeben, ob der "spezielle blaue Laser" wirklich auf unterschiedlichsten Oberflächen funktioniert, wurde noch nicht getestet. Die Tasten und das Mausrad sind zuverlässig, aber etwas laut und der Wiederstand nicht zu hart, aber auch nicht mehr Gamer-tauglich. Das wäre ein Grund, auf den fünften Stern zu verzichten, allerdings wäre das bei dem Preis auch zu viel verlangt. Fazit: Für die Laptop-Tasche genau das Richtige!
