This is an excellent resource for anyone looking to improve their skills as an agile coach. The book is well-written and easy to understand, providing practical guidance on how to build and lead high-performing teams. Adkins covers a wide range of topics, from building trust and fostering collaboration, to conflict resolution and continuous improvement. This book is a must-read for anyone looking to become a successful agile coach, and I would highly recommend it.

Still one of the great books on agility
I still recommended this to my teams as one of the greats. Demonstrates basic principals but also acknowledges how they can be applied wider than squads

The Structure
I love the simplicity of the book.I had an idea but did not know exactly how to structure it into a lesson plan, with many journals and information on the internet it was overwhelming for me to structure it hence I like this book

One of the best Agile books I've read
Being a certified Co-Active coach myself (as is the author), this is the best Agile book i've come across. This book gets to the core of what Agile is about and how you can create the Agile Mindset within organisations. Just Brilliant.

Paper and print quality is great
The media could not be loaded. I have only just received the book therefore I can't comment on its contents yet, but when buying a physical book it's always good to know if it's going to be pleasant to handle and easy on the eye, so I am sharing a video that shows the great quality of the print. The pages are smooth and of a lovely white colour, the print is clear and well spaced and the pages don't look like they're going to fall out.I'll be back with more details once I've read it.

An excellent book and on the art of coaching
I was curious to see what Lyssa had to offer in her book and was genuinely wide eyed with interest within every single chapter. A great source of inspiration and potential frameworks to address a multitude of the situations scrum masters and agile coaches face day to day in our work.

Software development is about people
Let's start by stating that I liked the book a lot. The fact that sw development is more about people than technology is very clearly present in Lyssa's book. She describes the different roles agile coach plays while trying to help the teams to become a self-organizing high-performance business enabler. Lyssa presents lots of practical and insightful methods for coaching people and for creating correct kind of environment for the team to succeed. She also reminds that the role of the coach should be strong at the beginning and fade away as the team progresses on its journey towards truly agile team.I personally found the failure and success modes to be to most useful part of the book. These describe common coaching issues in easy to remember and easy to identify personas. These help me out in day to day work to avoid harmful behaviour and recover from it. It makes sure I won't be a Butterfly or a Nag with my teams. The funny part about book is that on the cover it says Software Development - Agile, but inside there is not much about software development. So more about teams, communication, coaching and trust. The important things.
