This is exactly what I needed! Very clean plant based formula. Used to get from Whole Foods. Using 1/2 tsp on my face 1x per day. My symptoms aren’t heavy so I don’t use 2x a day as directed. Makes a lovely face cream too.

I purchased this to treat crepey skin on my stomach. I was so hopeful for phytoestrogens for this purpose. I used it diligently and found no difference after a full tub. To continue after not seeing any results at all would be an expensive endeavour since the tub is very small. I didn't enjoy the smell either. For this purpose, I will stick to a retinol. I didn't notice any menopausal symptom relief either but then my symptoms are only sleep related.
