Easy to use

Used by bride ang groom to cut their wedding cake. It served its purpose well enough. Not sure it will be used again but good value for money.

Me and my wife were incredibly excited when our new cheese wire arrived. However we found ourselves disappointed after the first use. The wire is a little thicker than most cheese wires on the market, and struggled to cope with a vintage cheddar. I would give the wire a 6 out of 10 for general soft cheese usage such as Brie and Dolcelatte. A decent beginners cheese wire but I would suggest a more advanced wire for expert cheese eaters. Overall a solid 6.

Purchased to cut large volumes of jelly. As yet unused but certainly looks like it will do the job.

This would not cut through a rolled smoked cheese. Waste of money as the wire is too thick.
