Great for hydrating!
Came packaged really well! Love these packets as they have great electrolytes and they are easy to store. These packets dissolve easily and taste yummy!

Cheap way to get electrolytes if you need them.
I've been told I need more electrolytes. This is a cheap, easy to use and mix, tasty way to add that with very little calories and in a conveniently small, good-quality disposable tube that doesn't waste a lot of materials. I just dump a small amount into the bottom of a glass and run water into the glass and it dissolves easily. The variety pack ensures I can enjoy different flavors and not get bored with a single one.

Stops My Leg Cramps within Seconds
My doctor gave me a prescription for leg cramps that honestly didn't work very well. I did a search and found this product. It is my go-to for leg cramps. Before finishing the drink, the cramps have stopped. Very quick acting and highly effective. Doesn't get better than that! It dissolves quickly and tastes great.

Super salty. U use not even half if in feeling dehydrated. I would reccomend you use this if you are super active. Most people won’t need this much sodium at once.

These are the only electrolytes I've found that have sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and chloride and uses only gut-friendly ingredients.

I drink this every day
I have one of these every day. I sweat so much when I work out and can get dehydrated easily. This really helps me to get in fluids and sodium. They taste great too! I can even drink this while working out and it does not upset my stomach. The mix dissolves easily just by shaking a bottle or staring in a cup. I use more water than recommended when I mix this because it can taste very strong and salty if you don't. If you like gatorlyte these are a much better value than buying the bottled version.

Good product. Will never taste the same as the premade bottle but very close. *** personal mix is 3/4 mix and a 500ml bottle water. Otherwise, it’s too sweet.
