Great quality all metal solid feel. Not too difficult to fit and works positively with no leaks or run off with the bath filled. Suggest you use mastic on all the fittings to seal well to the bath and don't just rely on the rubber washers!

Bought this to replace one purchased from a well known retailer that I had to take back. A little more expensive but much better quality, easy to fit no leaks. Happy with product and service.

Very poor quality for the price. The plug surround is flimsy and made from a pressed sheet. Everything else is plastic. I fitted it anyway as I'm too lazy to return it, but now I have a nagging doubt that this could turn out to be an expensive mistake if it starts leaking. I do not recommend it.

good quality, solid feel, fits well, operates smoothly. UPDATE: exactly 2 years after fitment, product still looks like new, smart and shiny. However, an internal plastic cog which drives the plug up and down split so no plug movement, just dial rotation. Spoke to Bristan, explained the issue and was prepared to purchase a replacement part to fix myself given the purchase was 2 years prior, but Bristan offered to send me out a replacement unit ! Complete unit arrived after just 3 days, completely F.O.C. Thank-you Bristan, excellent customer service !

After a far cheaper product failed very quickly I bought this wanting a far better quality product, and this delivered. The pop up mechanism feels strong and sturdy, it doesn't leak after fitting and just generally feels like a premium product. Would recommend.

Had to buy a new one as the one I had was leaking. Easy to install, nothing to complain. Two months in, nothing went wrong.
