Okay so I ordered this for my dualsense edge controller its black and the fit is insanely accurate!! The color is black like rubber and feels extremely good in the hands. It feels pretty durable and will absolutely keep the remote from slipping out your hands. The best tip I can give is to clean the controller very well and take your time with the application I spent about an hour putting them on and it came out PERFECT. Inside the instructions is a QR code that links to a YouTube video to assist in the installation order and process. I'm surprised this grip is cut so well its very impressive. The material is very thin so should be no problems with the back paddles and also the cover for the stick modules still pops off with no resistance. Id highly recommend this for anyone who wants good grips for their dualsense edge. Also the sticky material is made by 3M so it is removable and does not leave residue or mess up the controller surface. As for the bottom side grips I just laid the material over the rubber grips that are built into the controller it went on with no issue perfect fit. If your looking for grips for your edge this is the one it functions great!! And for 11$ you just can't beat the price its a great value. Just get um. If you’ve had your Dual Sense Edge for more than a year, chances are the grip on the bottom side has started to come off. Not only is it annoying, but it just feels awful flapping up or catching on your hand. Insert these grips. If you take the back grips off (they come off way too easily with the exception of one peg you have to just tug a little harder), these will fit perfectly on their place and I’ve had no issue with them peeling or coming off in months now. They were really easy to apply, as long as you take your time. Even if you didn’t get it exact, it takes a second for the adhesive to set, so you can maybe get a 2nd chance out of it. The black watches well with the natural black, so it’s an easy transition if you’re worried about it matching. If you were like me and hated how the back grips looked as they slowly lost their adhesive and peeled back, these are inexpensive and solid grips to have as a replacement.

Similar to TalonGames controller grips, these HotlineGames controller grips work well for their intended purpose: providing a no-slip, sweat-resistant, silicone grip for your palms while holding your DualSense Edge controller. They fit the Edge very well, including the R1/R2 and L1/L2 buttons. During intense firefights in Battlefield 6, my palms have gotten sweaty. Prior to purchasing these silicone skins, I dropped the controller accidentally on several occasions. Since applying the silicone skins, I have not dropped the controller once. They have made gameplay more comfortable and feel good to play with. I think I paid $16 dollars US for these, which seemed expensive at the time. I'm glad I did though, and feel they offer a worthwhile value for the money I spent.

Very good quality, feel great and stick well. I’m a bit concerned that they might peel up after a few weeks or so, but for now, they seem very nice.

I am buying a new one of these exact same grips after 14 months of extremely hard use for many hours every day. I really want them to stick around and for other people to know what a great product these have been for me so I decided to finally write a review. I've tried MANY different grips over the years and these by far are the best of them all!! (see at the bottom at how bad the Squid Grip ones are). These Hotline Grips are the ONLY ones I'll use now and hope they're around for a long while. I've bought extras just in case. These Hotline brand use a much better quality material than the other brands. The rubberized and sticky layers still hold up without any separation at all even after 14 months of long daily usage of playing Souls and Soulslike games (extreme use lol). The Squid grips fell apart in under 3 months. Like the grips of a shoe that eventually wear down from normal use, my grips are starting to feel a bit on the smoother side, though still MUCH better than no grip on the controller. Point is I'm now after 14 months replacing my grip and removing the old on was easy and did not leave a sticky residue (The squid grips ruined 2 controllers leaving an un-removable sticky residue). And it's definitely worth the price, I got over a year of excellent use for under fifteen dollars. I'd say that's a no brainer. PS5 FTW!!!! ----As for the Squid grips. The Squid grip ones are the worst by the way. Within several months the layers start to separate and fall apart and it leaves a horrible sticky gum on the controller that even nailpolish remover won't remove. So unless you apply a new grip over it to cover the sticky residue, then the controller is ruined and unusable (can see my review and pictures of the ruined controller over at the squid product site, happened to a PS3 controller then tried a decade later on a PS5 controller thinking they might have improved their product. Exactly the same results, crap product and two ruined controllers). I almost stopped trying to find a controller grip to use until I found these Hotline brand grips.

I bought these grips as a way to replace the DualSense Edge default grips. After owning that controller for barely a year, the original grips get bubbly and in typical Sony fashion aren't replaceable. These grips from Hotlinegames saved the day. The grips are solidly built, feel fantastic, and provide even more superior grip than the original Sony ones. They also look absolutely sick in my opinion. Putting these on takes a bit of time, but you have two main options: - Stick them on top of the degraded original grips. This is quick and works well, but you might not have as seamless of a fit as might be possible. - Painstakingly remove the old grips, and stick these afterwards. This is more time consuming, but its what I did and what I would recommend if you can spare the time. It fits more snugly and looks like it was part of the controller to begin with. I did have to slowly chip away at the old grips carefully with a knife, and then sand it down a little bit to get the residue grip chunks off to try and get it as flat as possible, but trust me - its worth the effort if you want these to look and feel at their greatest.

I recently got the Dualsense Edge controller to replace my standard Dualsense controller. I had installed a Kontrol Freek grip on that controller, it helped widen the controller for my hands and added grip, but I didn’t like how the application didn’t go as perfect as I would have liked as the skin had a bunch of wrinkles in it. Using the Edge without a skin just made it feel smaller to me, and a bit slippery in hand. There are limited options for these grippy skins for the Edge controller but luckily this one is just about perfect. The application is much better since it comes in multiple pieces to provide more relief for the material rather than trying to wrap the entire piece around the controller. The grip is phenomenal as it’s almost like a rubber, it just offers a lot of grip compared to other ones that feel more like a foam with a fake leather layer on top. On top of all that it looks great too so now my controller feels perfect in hand, offers a secure grip, and installed perfectly. Well worth the money and I will now consider this brand for future controller grips and accessories.

However, I did encounter an issue with one of the edges starting to peel off after a short period of use. While the overall design and functionality are outstanding, the adhesive could be more robust to ensure the grips stay securely in place over time.
