Complete help with my head and neck discomfort! I love using this. It has been a wonderful addition to my neck and head. I had fallen in the shower. Split my head open and had staples put in it. This has worked wonders for me. I love it!!!

Wish I’d returned it. Barely heats up at all. Waste of money.UPDATE. This is an excellent company, after I wrote this review, even though it was after the time to return it, this company gave me a full refund. So five stars to this company, and I will look for other products made by them as they stand by their items.

I was in acute pain when I bought this. It was comfortable but the heat part was unexpectedly great. Plugged right into a USB power back that I put in my pocket. The amount of heat it put off was amazing. And yet it did not drain the power bank. I had to use it on low.The first unit was defective. The company sent me a second unit right away and that worked perfectly.The manual is an awkward translation from a non-native English speaker. Pretty funky in spots. It did not tell you that if you turn the unit off, you need to unplug and replug the USB from its power source before you can turn it on again. That's its only "con" in my book. Otherwise, it offers magnificent relief.

Not comfortable, I have a long neck, but this is for some with a giraffe neck super uncomfortable, and makes my neck hurt worst.
