Bought on offer, the price was excellent I got a bargain and the quality, appearance and firmness just right for my guest bed. This mattress fit perfectly in my king size bed, is a good thickness and very comfortable with just the right firmness. Definitely recommend.

Good quality and comfortable

I received this mattress a while back and only wanted to review it after using for some time. I can confidently say it seemed like it was quite thin, but once I opened it opened up very well and it's the perfect size. It's fairly firm, and supports your back very well. It has a layer of memory foam too which feels quite comfortable. Overall a happy purchase.

Update 21.12.23Topper arrived and I have to say it has made a world of difference. If the bed came with this top already it would be 5 start plus in my opinion. The sellers were very keen to put things right so I hope they will consider adding more padding to future mattresses.Update... I was contacted by the seller who was very concerned about my experience. They have offered to send me a topper to see if it will help.I am so upset by this mattress. I had such hight hopes for it and it is a good quality product apart from the topping. There is no padding and I wake each morning with burning hips and painful ribs. I bought a quilted topper to try and offer more support but I can still feel the coils. It would benefit for a proper topper but I will return it rather than spend more money. Its such a shame as this is the only thing that let's it down but it's the most important. I have been trying to find where I can contact customer service but the only option I can find is the return.
