Shake it all up in the jar, and be sure the lid is on tight! Lastly, and this is optional, two Tbs heavy cream. Shake again. I drink it out of a frosty mug (also from Amazon). It's really tasty and all the ingredients are healthy, with the possible exception of the heavy cream. The only ingredients that have calories are the Ensure and the optional cream. ENJOY!
