I am getting severe static whenever I try to use this between my guitar and amp. Any troubleshooting tips out there?

Try turning on your amp last. Turn on the wireless system first. I had the same problem and that fixed it.

This wireless system applied UHF frequency band,neither 2.4 Ghz nor 5.8Ghz.

Q: How many transmitters can one receiver support? If more than one, can I buy the transmitters separately?

The manual shows an example of 1 receiver and 4 guitar pedals (w/transmitter), implying a practical multi transmitter setup. If 1 receiver is used, and multiple transmitters are connected on the same channel (ex, 1 bass, 1 uke, 1 violin all on channel 3) as long as they're not used simultaneously, would they function properly?

Are there any issues with leaving them plugged in on a rack w/usb ports so i never need to remember to charge them?

We do not suggest to leave them in charging too long, because this will harm the battery, and also there is a safety risk as always. Actually speaking, there is power indicator LED lights on the back side, which will remind you when it is in lower power and need charging, or it is full and no need charging any more, so that you will not forget to charge them, or over-charging them.
