Trimmer was delivered today and I couldn’t wait to try it out in our front yard. We have a round brick planter in the front yard and it’s a bit challenging to get the lawnmower up close enough to cut the grass around the edges of the brick. This trimmer worked great, right out of the box! Trimmed all the way around nicely. It’s easy to use and I’m happy it’s lightweight. I have issues with my hands, arthritis, etc. and this trimmer is so easy to use. There’s really no assembly required, just put on the attachment you want and you’re good to go. Only used it once but so far I’m pleased with this purchase. Update: I’ve had this trimmer now for a couple months and it’s still working great. Best for trimming grass and thin leaves etc. Not made for heavier thicker leaves and branches. Love trimming around our mailbox flower bed and brick planter with this. If used as it’s intended, it’s great!

Not as strong as I'd hoped, but works okay. I had a branch snap loose and wound up cutting my hand, so be very careful.

Excellent product. Highly recommend. Would purchase again. The 2blades allow for multiple uses trimming and cleaning up underbrush. Easy to use, light enough for prolonged use.

Impressive little gadget! I live on an acreage and it helped me clean under my pine trees and trim around my house. Works well for thin weeds, grass, and thin saplings. I am 5’2” tall so the size is so much easier for me than hauling around a big weed wacker. The battery life was good. I was able to work 3 hours a day for a couple of days before it needed charging. Wish I would’ve ordered it sooner!

The balance leaves something to be desired. It is top heavy which is tiring when using it for any period of time. I also own this set in Scotts brand— which is well balanced and I like. But you can’t replace the blades at a reasonable price. You might as well buy a new set… as cost of new blades is close to the same. work Pro has shorter blades and is top heavy— though it does the job—at least at the beginning while blade are sharp. I can also buy blades separately. It’s too new at this point to give an opinion about durability or battery life. I am a 78 year old woman who is 110 lbs. so weight is important. Both are light weight and easy enough to use. Scott version does not always stay in the safety position — so you need to be careful when blades are in place. Both do the job—though I prefer the feel of the Scott’s version. I also like the longer blades on Scott. But they don’t do the job easily when they get dull. i bought the work pro version of this set, because I can replace the blades easily when the old grow dull from use. Thus far Ihave not had a problem attaching or detaching any blades. At this point I am keeping both sets and plan on using both — each for different tasks., The grass shears I am using the work pro— because of sharpness— and ease of cutting grass. I like the Scott version for trimming bushes as it has a longer hedge blade. I also have a Saker mini chain saw which I love! I can cut through small trees and trim off small branches with ease with it. All of the tools are light and easy to use as an old senior. I would say the Saker mini chain saw is the most durable and tackles the larger trim jobs with total ease. I prefer the balance and feel of the Scott grass shears / hedge trimmer — but the in ability of buying replacement blades at a reasonable price makes it less worth buying. You’d be better off going with a higher price point with your original purchase,

This thing is Awesome. I have autism and cannot stand weed whackers.. they're way too LOUD. This is very quiet with an actually kind of relaxing, low, white noise type sound. Love the color too. It looks beautiful. Just wish now it had come with an extension pole. I think I'm going to buy a similar one that comes with an extension pole. I have a lot of invasive sticker grass that I need to cut every spring.. huge yards of it.. but can't stand the sound of weed whackers.. the loudness irritates me so much.. so will just use this (or a similar one with a pole). Not using it for small jobs at all. That's the extent I am willing to go to avoid unpleasantly loud machines. The company should sell one with an extension pole. And companies should start making tools that aren't loud already. I love that it comes in different colors too. I also like tools that look pretty. It makes them more enjoyable to use. Can't stand when things only come in one color, usually red.

I love this little cutter! It's light and very easy to use! I'm 60 years old and this saves my hands from having to do the manual work of cutting. It cuts my thick grass and weeds easily. It works better than I expected. I would buy again.

I have a very small grass area for my dog (only 2' x 4') and was trying to keep the grass trimmed with kitchen scissors. This product makes it easy to trim my grass down in less than 5 minutes, is rechargable, but I don't have to charge it often. Helpful when you have arthritic hands! It's also fun to show people my "lawn mower". So glad I bought it.

Easy to use, great power and easy to charge. I have used it to trim lilac and evergreen bushes, it did the job without any issues. I would repurchase.

For the price it is good. The grass shears works great but the hedge trimmer is not good.

MAde sure you treat the blades with oil as they rust easily. Other that that, the product works fine.
