I was skeptical about switching from the name-brand Spectra flanges, but these work just as well as the originals. I get the same milk output as before, and they’re just as comfortable — no pinching, rubbing, or awkward fit. They’re also super easy to clean, which is huge when you’re pumping multiple times a day.The fit on my Spectra pump is perfect, with no loss of suction. The plastic feels sturdy but smooth, and I love that the design is clear so I can easily see milk flow. I love that the flanges are true to size, and a little bit wider towards the valve, which I feel helped milk to flow better and faster through the flange. The quality of this was great, I really like that the plastic pieces felt more sturdy than the accessories that my spectra came with by default.I used these with the blue spectra and they were compatible. I really didn't notice a difference between spectra parts and these except for the increase in quality and thickness. I also love that they sell the individual flanges in such a great variety of sizes.Piece of Advice: order slightly larger than you need, then buy cushions/inserts to make the flange more comfortable. No fault of this company, but plastic isn't really comfortable any way you try to do it.

These were perfect for my Spectra S1 pump!! My pump only came with one size flange, and I prefer not to use inserts (just another thing to clean), so I ordered these flanges in my size. They are good quality and affordable. No issues whatsoever! Will order again when it comes time to replace them.

True to size and much easier to use/clean than having to put an insert into the 21 mm flange my Spectra pump came with. Fits the Spectra bottles well.

These are the most efficient and comfortable flanges I’ve found for my spectra pump. They have lasted through two babies and many washes. I like the different size options, as the standard sizes don’t work for me.

Love these! I had been using the silicone flange inserts and they never felt quite right of a fit to me. Then I discovered that you can get the entire flange resized and that’s when I came across these. The fit was completely different even though it was the same as my silicone inserts. I felt comfortable and I felt as if I was adequately emptying with my pumps. I even decided to go back and order a few more pairs.

Ended up returning because the size was too small but purchased the 21mm and those were great! The 21mm quality is great and easy to sterilize!
