A Company That Stands By Thier Product
My laser is out of warranty, but we have had trouble getting it to work. We contacted customer support and they have been nothing but great with us. They have sent several parts to us to fix the machine for free. Did I mention we are out of warrenty. I really respect a company that stands by their product. We are waiting for another part we need (once again covered by Longer out of warrenty), and hopefully this laser will be cutting all kinds of projects. I will update my review with pictures when it is all assembled and we are happily burning.

High quality, good customer service
I ordered it do to some crafts and halloween stuffs. Item deliverired quickly. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. After 20 minutes, bad thing just came. The power cord was losen and cable did not connect to the power cord. Contact to customer service and they said they would send me replace one immediately. But after 2 weeks, there was nothing happen and i had not received. Contacted again and they sent me after 10 days. I would give 5 stars if i could get it sooner.The laser does good job. Touch screen is just ok. Not big screen so don't expect too much. Especially if you want to connect your wifi and type your passwords, not good at all.

Not working 100% and support is horrible
Wifi and laserburn software didn’t work. Support is useless and frustrating. Only available via email and they don’t respond US waking hours, so you will only get one response a day.

Excellent machine
This laser operates better than advertised it is a really good piece of equipment. Very happy with all the results. I use lightburn software.

Solid Laser With Great Support
The media could not be loaded. I picked up the Longer Ray 5 20w diode laser a little while back, and I’ve got to say, it’s been solid for the price. Living here in Tucson, I wanted something that could handle wood and slate without too much fuss, and this thing cuts clean once you dial in the settings. I did run into a hiccup setting it up at first, but their customer service actually surprised me—they got back to me quick, walked me through the issue, and had me up and running the same day. The build feels sturdy, and for hobby projects and small business stuff, it’s more than holding its own. Feels good knowing I can count on both the machine and the folks behind it.
