I purchased the 20” x 28” mirror for my guest bathroom, looking for something clean, modern, and functional for behind/above the sink/vanity. This mirror was perfect! I liked it so much that I bought the 28” x 36” version for my primary bathroom. What I love is how its simple design still manages to elevate the look of the rooms. This classic frameless mirror fits my bathroom perfectly and 72"x36" is great for a full length view. The mounting system is straightforward and easy to install. Directions were clear and concise. I like that a mini level was included - nice touch. The mirror can easily be mounted horizontally or vertically (as pictured). The mirror is heavy and I recommend doing the install with two people. After several months of use and cleaning, the mirror is flawless. It was on the expensive side but the quality, easy mounting system, and classic style make it worth the price.

We purchased two mirrors from this seller back in October for our master bathroom. A few months later, one of them fell off the wall due to a clear manufacturing defect: one of the adhesive-mounted brackets detached on its own, causing the mirror to slam into the side wall and punch a hole in it. Then the second mount gave way, and the mirror shattered on the vanity, breaking ceramic items, permanently damaging our brand-new quartz countertop, and then crashing to the floor, which it scratched in multiple places. The total cost of repairs, including demolition and rebuild, is estimated at nearly $5,000. We submitted a claim through Amazon’s insurance service, but we have yet to receive any compensation. Understandably, we returned the second mirror to the seller due to safety concerns. However, we were only refunded the cost of one mirror, with no acknowledgment or responsibility taken for the damages caused. These mirrors are dangerous, poorly made, and the seller’s customer service is a joke. Avoid at all costs unless you're willing to risk thousands in damages and receive no support.

I really like this mirror. It gives a clear undistorted reflection. It was easy to install, no matter which direction it's to be hung. No unsurmountable problems, but there were a couple issues. First, if you're absolutely set on 18 x 24, don't buy this mirror. It is 17-5/8 x 23-1/2. I didn't care, but you might. Also, not the greatest instructions. It took a little effort to figure out from their pictures which way the brackets went on the back of the mirror. They have a built-in level, which would have been a great idea---if it actually had been accurate. None of these issues were show-stoppers for me. I think the mirror's great....but I was able to figure out the mount direction, I have my own level and I don't care that it's a little smaller than advertised. The most important thing for me was the clear undistorted reflection (although it'd be nice if what it reflected were better looking LOL).

I was worried it would arrive in pieces but it was so well packed and arrived in one piece. Super easy for my handyman to install (I probably could have done it myself but he was already here). Fantastic and affordable mirrors with that modern style. They also mount extremely easily compared to regular mirrors. Ive bought these a few times now.

I'm so pleased with this mirror. It was easy to hang and was packaged very well--no breakage. The mounting brackets made it easy and quick to hang. My only suggestion for the product's hanging instructions page would be to state the specific size of drill bit required for the plastic wall anchors provided. (I guessed that a 7/32 drill bit would work, and it did.)
