I have arthritis in the base of my left thumb and left finger tip joint which makes it difficult and often somewhat painful to grasp with that hand. It was after taking this turmeric curcumin for about ten days that I suddenly realized that I noticed very little to no discomfort with daily activities using my left hand. Just snuck right up on me! Everyone responds to medications and supplements differently so results may vary but I am very please with the result and the quality of the product. Appears to be a superior value as well.

At first glance I was reluctant to try this product because I worried if I could tolerate it. I have a sensitive gut and didn't want to risk upset. I did try it and found that I tolerate it well with no upset and I got results. I was able to stop taking ANSAID medication and use just this and my joint pain has diminished significantly. Tummeric has been great to take for alot of reasons. I take it for specific things. You have to try and take for a while In order to see it's benefits.

I ordered this supplement due to its benefits with helping with inflammation. I have noticed its benefits after a month taking these pills with minor aches and pains. I lift weights regularly and develop some pain at times and I have worked this supplement into my daily routine and noticed the difference. The pills are easy to take. I'm pretty sure that you can see the diference in your body after you take it, I would recommend this product.

I use these capsules in conjunction with krill oil and I don't have problems in the morning feeling stiff and achy.

I've been using this for several months now. My level of joint pain has probably dropped around 80%. If I stop the daily dose, after about 2 days I'm hurting. I'm not trying that again.
