AWESOME accessory to enhance my runs and keep me hydrated !!
When I first got into running long distance a few years ago I tried so many iterations of bottles - this by far is my favorite! It’s a solid design, holds just the right amount of water for me and fits in my run vest so I can be hands free, plus it doesn’t break the bank. I’ve also weirdly enough put warmer water in it for winter running! They last a long time - the spout makes the water easy to access and if I don’t bring my vest it’s light and hand sized, making it easy to carry. All in all great functionality. Also their customer service is super friendly and knowledgeable! Rare to have a person on the line AND one who’s friendly.

Easy to use soft flask for running!
This handheld soft flask is great and easy to carry with me on my runs. Easy to use. Has a slight plastic taste at first but I’ve soaked it in hot soapy water and that has helped. The little pocket on the hand held “carrier” works well to hold my keys and a small snack. Wished I’d found it sooner! Good quality. Easy to use and carry!

So far this is a love/hate thing
Update on this, the seller reached out and was very interested in what was going on, great customer support for that. The reason for the 4 stars is because this still feels loose in my hand. When the bottle goes down, i still flip it around and have to hand grip it. No matter what I try. Here's where Im at with this. I LOVE the idea of the smaller water bottle in your hand and not carrying some oversized jug. However..... * When the bottle gets low, you have to switch it from above your hand to inside, if not you wont be able to get the rest of the water out. * The wrist strap should be able to tie closer to your hand. Its very loose when again the water bottle is not full. I find it slipping and have to keep my hand clenched so it wont slip off. * The drinking method does take a minute to get use to, its not just sucking water. You have to bite and pinch the end to get the water to come out. Overall its a much better mouse trap thats for sure. But there are some things that could be refined for sure.

Stop searching...best bottle for short runs!!!
I have been searching for a bottle to carry with me on short runs for a loooong time. I don’t like to carry things in my hand so my only option seemed to be the belts which carry the bottles. I have one that I love for long runs which has a small bottle on each side of the belt and one I recently purchased which only has one bottle carrier. But still it felt like someone needed to design something better. Well...someone did!!! This small bottle fits into my side pocket and I don’t even notice it while running. There is no fiddling with caps or pushing or pulling....it took me a minute to realize you just squeeze the tip with your teeth and just like that the water comes out. When I read the reviews I thought I would not like the squeezing part and was concerned about the quality of the tip and how long it would last? Surprisingly it’s true what other reviewers wrote, it really is better quality than expected. I purposely waited to write this review so that I have enough time to use the bottle first. There is no swooshing sound of water either. I also love the fact that I can drink while running with ease. Perfect size for 3-5 miles! Just buy it. after using the bottle enough times and

Great for 4-5 months until it breaks, also plastic taste after a few hours
This bottle was great for one season. I really liked that it compressed and fit in a pocket when it's empty. The top seal worked well if you made sure it was tight. But.. You could not leave water in it for more than a few hours without it tasting very plasticky. That never really went away, but it was fine if you filled it and drank immediately. The main problem is it sprung a pinhole leak after 5 months of 3x/week low impact use. Then it sprang another, so in the trash it goes.

The Perfect Size Bottle for Extra Water
I don’t like to carry a water bottle when I go on a run. At events and our local track, there are water stops along the course, but I like to have a little water with me so I can hydrate to my thirst. This bottle is absolutely perfect for that need. It fits in my pocket and does not leak and lets me get small boosts of hydration between water stops. It does not hold much, but for me it is perfect for hydration supplementation during a 10k. If this is all the water you have / available, it would not be big enough, but for races where you know there will be water stops offered, this bottle is great. There was a slightly plastic oder when I first got it, but it went away quickly and the water never tasted off. Pros: easy to fill, easy to use while running, great size for extra water, easy to clean, pocket sized Cons: slightly plastic smell (dissipated quickly for me) Bottom line: great way to supplement water on a running course with water already available.

Indestructible!
I would give this 10 stars if it were an option because 5 doesn’t seem like enough. When you get one you may think it won’t last long but looks are deceiving. I’m pretty tough on these as a general rule and bring them with me when I travel. Not only are these way better than carrying a water bottle while running but they are indestructible. I accidentally ran the flasks through the washing machine and dryer the other day. I thought they’d be ruined but they held up great, even held the remains of water left overs from my last run. They didn’t leak at all. Kinda reminds me of the old Timex watch commercial, “Gets a lickin’ and keeps on ticking” If only everything were built as well as the Fitly.

Perfect pocket-sized water bladder for hydration while skiing. Problem is poor tasting water.
Expert skier who previously used water bladders with tube fed through the backpack for hydration while skiing. On cold days, the tube would freeze to my dismay. Nothing I could do to fix this issue worked. I tried insulated tubing without success. I then started carrying a 500 mL bottle of water each day in my thigh bib pocket which worked in terms of not freezing, although I found the shape of the bottle uncomfortable. I ordered this soft flask at the 400 mL size as I thought it would fit in my pocket and yes, it does. I fill it when I go in for a brief break and it is fine for resort use. Would this work for backcountry? Well, personally 400 mL isn't enough water for me for more than a few hours so I think this will have to stay for resort use. But for what I need, it works perfectly. The reason I gave it 3 rather than 5 stars is the taste of the water... despite filling it initially with hot, soapy water to clean, I still taste would I would best describe as the inside rubber/plastic taste/smell of a pool toy. If you have ever blown up a pool toy, you know what I mean. With time it has been getting better but the taste remains. On the product it is clearly advertised that the product is safe for use with claims of product safety by FDA, but who knows...
