I absolutely love this little halo grow light! It’s sleek, compact, and surprisingly powerful for its size. The adjustable height and detachable base make it easy to fit just about anywhere on a desk, shelf, or windowsill. I use it for my succulents and small houseplants, and they’ve been thriving since I set it up. The full spectrum light looks natural, not harsh or overly purple like some other grow lights I’ve tried. I really appreciate the built-in timer and multiple brightness levels once you set it, you can basically forget about it. The different color modes are a nice touch too, especially for adjusting to different types of plants or daylight in the room. It feels well-made, easy to assemble, and the light ring gives off an even glow that my plants seem to love. For the price, this is a total win. If you’re looking to give your indoor plants a little extra boost, this grow light is perfect!

I set this light up for a house plant thar I was keeping outside for the summer but someone stole one of them and I brought the other inside to keep it safe so I got this light so it can still grow better. Putting it together was simple I am using the stand for the light. To set the timer turn it on and set the hours you want it to be at the time of day you want it I did mine at 4 pm to 4 am I am up most night so I like the extra light it gives but it's not too bright. Setting the type of light and brightness was a breeze with the remote. The hight was nice and tall though my plant is a low hight it is in a tall pot so it works well and I can shine it on 2 pots at once so that is good too will update when I know the lifespan I have only been using it a few days and I do have new growth too

This little 3 inch halo grow light is PERFECT for tiny plants! I am currently using it on my Venus Flytrap and Dew plants that I recently bought and since I have had them under the light they have perked up beautifully! The light is small and compact. At it's lowest position it is exactly 7 1/2 inches tall. The halo is 3 1/2 inches wide but it puts out very bright light which is adjustable in intensty. I like to keep it on about 5-6 out of the 10 being the brightest. This is powered by USB and includes the adapter. So you can simply plug it into your laptop or use the wall adapter. The remote is on the cord but the cord is totally long enough to be able to put your light whever you want. You have the brightness button first, secondly you have the light cycle button that some might need depending on what you are growing, full spectrum, reddish and blueish. For most needs you only need the full spectrum lighting which is perfect for my needs. The base is not necessarily needed if you are growing something is a pot but it is nice to have for small plants like mine. The halo is attached via a telescoping thing that is a lot like a antenna which allows you to extend the halo higher. This is absoulty needed for small indoor plants if you do not have a window nearby. I highly recommend this is you have small carnavorus plants! Or any small plants that can't get sunlight.

I got this light for my jumping spiders and it works well. I love that you can adjust brightness and it has a timer. I did have to tape the base down to make it more stable once having the light extended. It's easy to use and I feel a good value for the price and ordered a second one.

These are exactly what my moringa needed this winter. I love these little lights. They are just the right size that I can snug them up against the pot, and they don't take up any more room than the plant. Super easy to set a 12-hour cycle timer, and the lights do the rest. My moringa saplings were starting to die due to lack of sunshine, but after only a few days, they're perking up and getting some new growth. Very happy with this purchase.

Slight industrial appearance but excellent light. Very pleased with this light. The main drawback is that the pot must sit on the base so moving the pot is a dexterity exercise in tilting the pot, pulling the stand out, then removing the light first, etc. The light control features a timer, choices for the light type and intensity. The height adjustment feature is simple. it seems to be a variation of an old style radio antenna. Assembly is straightforward pressure fitting, no screws or pins. I like that the light is seperately supported by the weight of the pot on the stand, but it might not be suitable for tiny, very light pots.

The Boston weather was turning cold and we were supposed to get an overnight frost and I wanted to keep my outdoor geranium just a little longer since it was still blooming so I brought it inside. The cold weather continued and I never got to put the plant back outside. I don’t know if a frost got to it before I brought it inside or if my house was too dark but soon afterwards, it started dropping leaves and looking sad. It was leggy and I was ready to call it a day and say goodbye after the last of the blooms faded. Then, I put it under one of these grow lights and now in January the greenery is full and it is actually producing buds! Amazing change from November to January!!! I have a second lamp that I have on a dish plant containing various house plants (non-flowering) and that plant seems happy as well, but no obvious difference as the geranium with its fullness and buds, which really is an outdoor plant that I was just trying to extend the life of. Since geraniums are considered an annual in Massachusetts, I never expected it to grow more blooms just by putting it under a grow light!!!!!! I may be able to save this plant for another out door season!!!!

Very small

What is mentioned in the description is not right. They have mentioned 12 brightness level and 3/9/12 hrs setting, actually it is 3 level brightness and 2/4/8 hrs setting. Also the base is small and light is even smaller. Cord is also not very long, hardly 1 meter. I won't recommend. I m returning this.

Bought a set of 2. Plug is a little flimsy but still alright. One of the lights stopped working in less than 2 weeks after purchase. Base plate is also very light. A plastic pot isn't heavy enough to weigh it down.

I noticed the new growth on my calatheas are healthy. This is the only light source they get.
