Can't get my Chromebook [Acer C720P] to recognize out of the box. I seem to be the only one with this problem. This require PL2303 drivers on chrome?

Is it compatible with 10/100 also?

yes it will work on any windows, I have a computer repair shop and use this to get onto the internet to down load the computer drivers, it will work on any make desktop or laptop and it is faster in down or up loading then the factory onboard 10/100 netword

Is this compatible with a Surface Pro 3?

I can't imagine why it wouldn't be, but I have no first hand experience with the Surface Pro 3.
