Helps me focus....stopped my adderall because of it
I have tried a lot of products like this, and can confidently state that this is the best value for the money...and super effective. The ingredients are all high quality (although I needed a magnified glass to see the label) and I feel a pretty immediate kick after taking it, and it lasts long enough for me to get a most of day benefit. Have not tried to do twice in a day but maybe okay for that.

Remembering is the best feeling, of memory.
After five days I noticed, I could focus and my short term memory and clarity was much better. I have tried other brain pills but this one made a big difference in memory.

Interesting Supplement....
"Tricky" this one is. Well I was not searching for a miracle or instant results. However I followed the instructions. To my surprise It "was instant gratification the following morning, I was as sharp. WOW! after one dosage!! I'd struck gold!! The very first supplement I'd purchased Worked. I know more than often It can take two or three different brands to find your niche. I've done Supplements since the 80's. Well, Unfortunately I got that one huge result, sad to say next day same issue right back...Kind of disappointed. Yet not enough time. I thought oh! well Rome wasn't built in a day. I thought perhaps I will give this product more time. This is Day(3) and that is what I plan to do. Finish the bottle. Fingers crossed. I can add my experienced was nothing of negative. I do many supplements, and my experience with most, you have to be alleged, while allowing time for your body and the supplement to unite. Thanks for allowing me to share my experience. GOOD LUCK! It's worth a try.

Don't waste your money
I bought these quite a while ago and only took a few but did not remember why. I tried them again recently and took one two days in a row. By the second pill, I had stomach cramps all day. By evening, I had a headache like you get from too much caffeine. The cramps were still there the next day even though I did not take any more pills. There was no extra energy or concentration. Don't waste your money.
