I was really impressed with these! They allow you to focus and they really do help lift your mood! I will definitely be buying these again. The taste needs a little getting used to, but it’s not terrible. The quality of the gummy is impressive, as I live in Texas, I was sure they would be melted when they arrived, but they actually held up to the heat without losing any integrity.

The first day I took it, I noticed no improvement in energy. The second day I took it and had a cup of coffee and , egads, I felt better. Improved energy, mental focus, and awareness. The taste is good.
