Python Aquarium Pump Male Connector

This plastic coupler changes a silicone hose for water or filters to a garden hose male connector that screws onto the matching female connector for easy accessory switching or to quickly add more hose length. Works great to replace broken Pyrhon kit connectors or to extend the reach of your Python kits hose. Although I originally had my doubts as to the sturdiness of a plastic part, I can usually get a couple of years of use out of one male female pair of these. Never had one leak as long as the hose is properly attached. Using jist the male end can also make a aquarium hose be able to attach to a garden hose if you for instance want your aquarium waste water drained to go to your garden because its heavily fertilized water. Pretty durable for plastic. Just dont overtighten them or theyll crack.

It is a great replacement for the python. The python is a great water changing system if you have a big or small aquarium. If you don’t already have it, go check it out you might like it.They come in different sizes one 25 feet one is 50 one is 100 foot. The one from Petsmart isn’t as good. Again this goes with it so don’t assume that this is the entire thing.

Tried to use other products to form the hose end for garden hose connection, but they leaked. These have never leaked on me.

The Python Aquarium Pump Male Connector allows you to connect to a female end of a Python accessory product. It works well and connects fine. The seal is good connecting to a female end Python product. You can also add a washer if you experience leakage. You can add this to an existing tubing of another brand as well so you can connect a female end Python accessory to use like a Gravel Cleaner Tube or something else. I recommend this item. The price is good on Amazon. And, it works well and is durable.

Quality stuff, but didn't come with a hose washer which made it leak. $2.00 at the hardware store and voila.

Just what I needed and quick delivery

Long story short, I had a dumb roommate for a month that managed to lose two pieces off of my python. So, I naturally started stressing because replacement parts are usually quite expensive. But; I was pleasantly surprised to find a good price for both the connector and pressure gauge. These parts are just as described, they fit perfectly and are in brand new condition. I am a happy customer, and will be continuing to recommend Pythons to every aquarium over I know. Lol.

Bought this to connect to a python hands free hook . My water changes now are so easy . What use to take me half a day (4 tanks) now take around an hour . Thanks
