Q: Does this support HomeKit Adaptive Lighting? Not all HomeKit-compatible lighting products do.

Essentials Matter products do not have access to Apple’s Adaptive Lighting feature (no Matter lighting products do). Timeline is TBD and dependent on Apple and the Matter specification, not Nanoleaf. Nanoleaf has the circadian lighting feature available in the Nanoleaf app.

Q: can I connect them to my pc and have them do the same light as I'm watching a movie or playing a game?

Depending on the setup your PC uses, maybe - in a limited way. I believe both the Corsair iCue and Razer Chroma systems will allow sync with the Nanoleaf products. However, the Nanoleaf Essentials products, like the strip and the bulbs, have more limited functionality than their other products, and generally only do a single solid color at a time. Your PC RGB setup may be more flexible, as are the Nanoleaf panels, lines, and shapes products.
