I bought this as cheap stocking filler for my brother but I was so impressed I decided to treat myself to one. I have a collection of very expensive watches and knew this wouldn't be the greatest quality because how cheap it is. But I was impressed at what you do get for the money. Its more of a gimic than a watch but it works and it's engraved so does make an ideal gift.

I ordered this for my boyfriend's birthday present but the first one I received didn't work so I asked the seller to send me a new one (expecting maybe to send it back to them or something) and I got sent a new one in 2 days time, the person who answered the email was very efficient and polite and this personalised watch looks amazing, the second one seems to work really well, my boyfriend is really really happy with the result and I am amazed by how good the customer service was plus I don't want to sound cheap but 10 pound something for this watch is a bargain and my boyfriend is showing off his birthday present to everyone and therefore I would like to thank the customer service, the seller and everyone for this amazing product

I'm a bit torn over this item. There are good and bad issues. I ordered this pocket watch for my grandsons 21st birthday and had it suitably engraved. It arrived within 2 days of ordering. Good. The engraving was exactly as I had wanted. Good. I ordered the watch in "Antique Gold", but received, "Black". Bad. No instructions. Bad. Could set the time, but, could not keep it set. Bad. I texted the company and received a reply, but, no mention of of the wrong colour or lack of formal instructions. Bad. Was told to set time and press the "winder" down to set time, didn't work. Bad. Was told, that if this didn't work, then contact them again, but by this time, reference the birthday, was too late.

Really lovely keepsake I bought for my sons 21st birthday, the engraving is excellent and looks lovely, I would highly recommend this seller the item arrived very quickly and I am so pleased with it, I am sure my son will love it and being personalised makes it even more special to keep forever! Wow , what can I say ..... fast delivery , great quality , fab value for money . My fiancé and me work in a care home we are not allowed wrist watches or phones on us ( eh ummm we work nights ) this is gonna b great for him as like most men forget 2 charge their phones up . Very fast service and the item is perfect . Engraving is very nice I just wish I’d given more thought to what I wanted engraved . Absolutely no fault with product and this will be my must have place to go for similar items in the future

Excellent item for a keepsake. It’s part of a present for my husband to be. The quality is good, the size is perfect. The wording can be easily read. The only issue I have is it doesn’t come with instructions on how to change the time but after looking through other reviews, I found out how to do it. Maybe the seller could start including instructions. Apart from that, I’d definitely recommend this item.
