I absolutely loved the classic look of this wall clock. Unfortunately, I didn’t get around to putting a battery in it and putting it on my wall until the 30 day return window had passed. After several hours I checked the time. The clock time was way off the actual time. Thinking it was possible I hung it upside down (it has Roman numerals and it’s been a very long time since I studied Roman numerals!), I took it off the wall and studied it up close. I had hung it properly. So I wondered if I set it wrong. I reset the time and checked it the next morning. It was several hours off. So, I am very disappointed that this beautiful clock is worthless as a timekeeper. If you’re looking for a classy ornament, this is for you. If you want an accurate timekeeper, give this one a pass. That was my initial review. Once my review posted, I was contacted by the seller expressing sorrow that the click didn’t work and offering to immediately send a replacement at no additional charge and no return of the original. I placed the battery as soon as I opened the replacement clock, and set the time. I checked it from time to time for accuracy and I am pleased that for 24 hours the clock is still keeping excellent time. I now heartily endorse the purchase of this elegant wall clock.

I love this beautiful gold very quit clock that’s so easy to read the color is just gorgeous and it keeps excellent time too ! When you hold it on your hand, you can see it's made of inexpensive plastic. But when hung and looked at from a few feet it looks very good. I noticed many reviews with issues with working- I bought three over a period of two years and had an issue with one not working. The size of the battery makes a big difference. One brand didn't fit well and the clock didn't keep time, but when I used another the battery fit better and the clock is keeping time now. Try different brands of battery

Arrived in 1 day. Looks much nicer than expected. For this price, it’s a score for sure. Looks way spendier than its price point, and it has been in working order since it arrived. Also, it’s totally silent. I appreciate this very much.

This is a beautiful clock; I'm partial to ovals! I bought it for a bathroom, but the soft silver hands are almost impossible to see.

This clock was purchased with the intention of zzhhzzing it with some gold wash on the medallion at each of the directional numerals. This gave the impression of some bronze on it and to be honest I like it more better. The face has good readability and there’s no tic toc so with a good dimension and great price. As usual a double A battery is needed.

This clock lasted two days. Even though the clock is very lightweight, it couldn't stay on the 3M hook I used to hang it. It fell off the wall early this morning, luckily I was in too deep a sleep. Though the frame fractured and broke in parts, it was still functional. So I re-hung it, this time using alien tape to affix the hook to the wall. That lasted only 10 hours. It fell off again, this time, the glass shattered. I'm not hanging it up again. What a waste of money. I'm not even going to bother returning it.

Positives:- Came well protected, against damage in transit, in a bubble film bag inside a plain brown cardboard box. Very lightweight, and easy to hang on a wall. Made of plastic, but looks expensive when hung on a wall, especially from a distance when it can easily be mistaken for "the real McCoy". Clear clock face cover is HD glass, and not plastic. Quartz mechanism, and silent operation. Negatives:- AA battery required, but not supplied. Observations:- I like this wall clock's retro design, and it fits in with the decor in my home, but it might not blend in as well in some modern environments. Although I have not been using this wall clock over a long period of time, so far its timekeeping has proven to be accurate. Conclusion:- At the time of writing this review, the AYRELY 14 Inch Oval Rustic Wall Clock was priced at £12.99 on the Amazon UK website, and, IMO, that is a very reasonable price, especially as it looks as if it cost a lot more than that after it has been hung on a wall.

The design and style of this clock is very elegant and rustic and I like that it’s a standout looking piece. It looks incredible on the wall and it was very easy for me to put up and for me to set the time. The size of the clock is very nice, and I like that it works really well. I feel it’s very good quality because it’s strong, sturdy and durable so it will last a long time. The clock is very lightweight, so it’s easy to move around if need be and it’s very easy to see and read the time displayed. It doesn’t make any noise at all really because it’s a non-ticking clock which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve not had any problems or issues with using it or setting it up so I do happily recommend it. I also feel it is giftable and would make a nice present for somebody and that the value for money is very good as well. He gets a big thumbs up from me!

I recently adorned my wall with a 14-inch oval rustic wall clock, and it has truly become the focal point of my living space. Unfortunately this arrived with a cracked screen despiter being carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. For the purpose of the review i did hang this clock up but had to remove the broken glass. Obviously it is plastic,this is obvious as not only the price but the weight of this too. From a distance it really does look lovely and to be honest no body actually gets up close and personal with a clock. Nice size, compact without being too garish, nice and quiet so it won't disturb you if you are lucky enough to get some quiet book reading time. The clock does take 1 aa battery which is not supplied which is fine as the clock itself is good value for money and gives a nice antique feel to it

This is a review of the AYRELY 14 inch Oval Rustic Wall Clock. It comes in a basic cardboard box with the clock in ‘bubble-wrap' protective type material inside. It requires a single (1) size AA battery, which is not included. Once installed the clock starts up straight away and does not make a ticking noise as outlined in the specifications which has a quoted quartz movement which might be the reason. The second hand sweeps around the face, not the usual 'click-click' type of movement. It has a single hanging ‘hook’ at the back near the top - see photos. It has a sort of ‘antique rustic’ appearance to it as can be seen in the photos but its let down slightly as it does look, well, plastic - from a distance it looks okay but once you walk towards it, it’s very evident it is plastic as our visitors have also mentioned. So far after a few days its keeping good time so full marks there as otherwise its basically a clock in a fancy frame so to speak but none the worse for that. If you want a decorative clock, that runs silently, its recommended.
