Although made well, I returned because the handles are way to long for my needs. I should have used a tape measure instead of guessing about the 14in length!

Great product to have in the kitchen & use with every meal. Having diabetic type 1 & 2, steroid induced diabetes, health problems…..with this being said; these bring portion sized is great! Serving size is known, easy to track when counting carbs, sugars, etc…..by the ounce size from 2oz, 4oz, 6oz, 8oz in solid scoop, scoop with drain holes for vegetable serving….corn, green beans, carrots etc any vegetable in a liquid. 6oz is a proper serving size one scoop of protein, vegetable, fruit us the serving size for a type 1 & 2 diabetic.

I mistakenly purchased these looking for little measuring spoons for spices and such. They were serving spoons instead. I gave them away as I was not looking for these. But they were heavy duty, color coded, measured serving spoons. If you have a need for them, I’d recommend getting them.

These are just what I needed for my "problem"........portion control. They are easy to use and clean. I don't understand the extra long handles, but what the heck. I can deal with that.

These are great however,they are a little awkward to use. The lenth of the utensil for the serving pots or dishes are not easily compatible.

I love the colors, they are easy to stir with, and I love the measuring capabilities the most.

In my quest to loose weight, I found out i really did not understand measurements of food. Using these spoons has been a game changer. My concept of 4 oz was total out of proportion with reality. These spoons help me when I'm at home stay on track with control. I also use them when I'm making and freezing meals for my husband and I enjoy later.

Every size and type needed for diabetic diet. Makes serving quick and easy.
