The low caffeine content is also great for anyone who is particularly sensitive to caffeine (such as myself).Note that this is a WHITE tea - it sounds like at least one other reviewer didn't appreciate this when they bought the product. White teas are typically much lighter than green, black or other fermented tea varieties.
