I bought this for my 13 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it.

It was everything we expected.

This is a very cute home plate necklace with the American flag. I ordered it with the blank back in the silver. The size is perfect, not too big and not too small. The chain it came on I will probably change however. It's a little big for my taste (the links). The only thing I didn't like is that mine came with a couple marks on it. Notably a green mark on the front lower stripe that doesn't come off, and also a few scratches as you can see in my photos.

The home plate is smaller than pictured, enough so that many would not notice it is a home plate. The chain is about what you'd expect for the price, and the black color doesn't seem like it would come off easily from repeated use. If the home plate charm was just a little larger, I'd give it 5 stars.

This chain and pendant are well-crafted, stylish, and sentimental. The pendant is smaller than I expected, but that is not the fault of the product description. The product description is clear on the size. See my pics for perspective. The pendant is about the size of a quarter. The etching of the flag design and lettering are crisp, clear, and look good. The whole piece has a nice weight to it. The chain is a bit chunky, which is great for guys. This is a great inspirational and sentimental gift for the baseball boy in your life.

This is a beautiful well-made, sturdy baseball themed necklace for boys and men. The bevel on the home plate shape adds to the high quality look. The embossed flag design on the front is well done, crisp, clear and gives it an understated patriotic style. My only wish is that the words on the back of the necklace could be a little larger and were better centered. They are SO tiny it's barely readable, and on my necklace they were right up to the top of the home plate and not well centered on the back. It's a minor thing and only the person wearing it will know, but fixing those things would make it a 5 star necklace for sure.

I love this beautiful home plate pendant necklace. I chose the black one as it is so different from standard gold or even silver. Third it signifies my love for baseball and home plate signifies my connection to a certain small bear and also my connection to Him. Home plate is solid. Home plate is safe. Home plate is grounded in earth and in Spirit...This piece has its own very special place as to what I choose to wear depending on the day and where and who I’m going with. It is unusual I think but it also says a lot about me and that makes this special. I’m sure many will agree with what I say here and to them I recommend this strikingly handsome piece of jewelry...remember what it says on it.
